The maintenance is 0.27 cents per sq maybe due to just 308 units.

The berjaya has increase the price two or three times. Last increment in May last year, they increase about 11% per unit. Now they give 18k rebate, it just about 3% discount only. Current pricec is quite high as compare with initial launch price. If the price is cheaper than initial price, I dun think anyone will buy. No one want to buy property that is depreciating smile.gif ...

For those intertest in Bkt Jalil property that have golf view pls wait for KM1 that will launch early MAR'11.

covillea's golf view is nearer than the treez. furthermore, covillea is higher end than the treez.

ya lor....make the place so crowded..........and so mess up.....

the sooner they move out...the better it is....


but one funny thing i dun understand...

why they have 2 seperate bus station...one in pudu and the other in Bdr Tasik Selatan....

Isnt it much convenient if they build a big bus station...and house all the bus there?? it would be easier for traveller....i mean tourist....

no la... only the south and east bound buses will move to the tasik selatan station starting 1-mar.

the pudu buses will continue to be in bukit jalil for a couple more months since the pudud renovations are delay!!! doh.gif

this covillea is coming up nicely.. last i checked, construction has reached 16-17 floor.. was told by the SA buyers might be able to get the key by beginning of 2012.. which is about 2 years time from it's 1st launch!

covillea looks like a real steal now.. with the pull factors from km1, km2, treez, laimeng, jalilcity, calvary, jj.. 500psf shd be quite achievable within 1-2 years from vp.. I expect the price to go even higher upon the completion of km 1 n treez..

yea, with lrt, and golf view surrounding, mex highway easy access to kl center, bukit jalil slowly become another mont kiara, just need a major commercial center to boost up the prize... 500psf is truely possible....rclxms.gif rclxms.gif
