A-23A ???? that's easily rm470k and above unit! even at developer's price!

if they really complete in early march 2012! then it's another bonus for me because i took the lock-in of 3 years after last drawdown package (cheaper penalty mah 2%)!
but i'm hoping that we can get keys by end of this year! icon_rolleyes.gif

We need to gather for teh tarik & have a gentlemen agreement to determine the selling price upon VP.

Already 16 units are represented on this forum. If we can get 80%, if not 90% to agree at a certain minimum threshold RM per sq feet, then we can manage the supply effectively.

Normally when the condo launch, top penthouse will get booked first but in this case no there are no taker. Feel funny. Maybe it will be hot. not sure. Never stay in top floor of the condo before. But if double storey house the first floor will be hot ... not sure if the same case can be apply to condo.

i stayed at top floor standard unit of a condo/apartment before. it's not hot at all.
probably the roof for condo, they need to house all bunch of items such as water tanks, big gutter on top, roofing, etc. so there was plenty of 'attic' space on top and that's why didn't get extra heat.
also didn't need to tolerate jokers who walk loudly or people moving furniture.

PS: i think i misquoted. it should be UFO instead. doh.gif

actually is covillea really 100% sold? or bumi units are available?
anyway, trust that koreans units will be first to go during subsale and discounted prices.

no progress report from anybody?
can those visiting KM1 please update here?

I visited the site two weeks ago. They just building the 11th floor above car park level. 9 more floor to go I think.

the units starts from level 5. so 5+11= 16th floor. that was two weeks ago so it should at least gained an additional floor.
level 17th floor.
floor 23 and 23A is about 50-60% of the lower floors.
so it is actually another 6.5 floors to go?
structural works should complete latest by end June, i reckon.
if finishes can be wrapped up within 6 months or less, it's a possibility that we can get our keys by end of this year or early next year.
hope berjaya can give us christmas surprises! icon_rolleyes.gif

KM1 launch today from 590k (non bumi) price. Good news for covillea owners. Can't wait when KM 2 is launched at higher pricing so covillea could appreciate further... drool.gif

Despite all the negative feedbacks on covillea when this thread started, now it seems like a really good buy.

yup it is fully sold for both bumi and nonbumi..
btw, doubt those korean units will be sold at discounted price... FYI, in savanna, it is actually the korean units that keep raising the bar for both sale and rental.. They ID furnished all the units and rented out/sold at record price..

KM1 getting good respond today like hot chic , will further push Covillea price to another level.

Those unit with good Golf View may have good appreciation by looking back the KM1 purchaser go for the golf view unit.
Estimate VP that time may fetch 600K for nice view unit.
