To those staying in covillea condo, anyone knows how much can a spare carpark rent out for nowadays? Reason asking is I have one and may want to consider renting out.

ibilik is the more popular ones.
there is a covillea fb page but not very active.
alternatively there are several ads in imu fb page as well as covillea and vista is a hotspot for imu students and employees.
there is also a covillea forum which is not very active.
we also have an owner whatsapp group.
if you want, you may pm me all your requirements and i can help to blast out in the whatsapp group on behalf.

Guys, the owner although decided to rent me the carpark. Unfortunately, he balik hometown and left his son to settle with me. His son got no idea which 1 is the carpark lot and do not have the black card. So what shall I do?
