ya...eventhough many say that MK oversupply, but the reputation keep it alive, high income group still like to own a lifestyle at MK...i personally like the surrounding n atmosphere at MK, modern, clean and peaceful environment...

bukit jalil gt potential, but for this moment bukit jalil still wellknown as a sport center.... provided those developers try to produce more better property and lifestyle concept, then it gt chance to compete with MK...

u think so many people like to buy property in malaysia meh...lots of expat they just come here maybe 1 year or 2 years, after that go back their onw mother country and maybe forever wont come bck malaysia..so they rather rent than buy....
