There is still alot of empty units at phase 1 right, everybody still so confident?

Phase 1 i can see still a lot of empty units, i think many ppl still got strong holding power.

Last fri only heard about 2k ppl register, today already 4k ppl register? Lets see how many ppl actually attend this Sat. If only 1k ppl coming, the whole stretch of road will be full of cars.

Damn, we register for 3 names, only 1 person got the letter, and it says that we need the original letter in order to join the balloting. Anyone knows it is a must to show the original letter?

Well, i can see INP is like a bunch of kiddo organizing such balloting. If u actually went there, u will feel like is a joke for the whole process. The biggest joke is, i rmb is only 9x units for non bumi, but they keep on calling number until 10x units, and i wonder how come got so many units, i thought i rmb wrongly, then they pause the process because of some argument, after 15 min, they say they miscalculate and the number for non-bumi is actually finish.

Left with only anger and standing for few hours, later i passby will update see if anyone still there.

And one thing, there is definitely no 4k submisssion, more like 1k only.

Where to find 4k here?

Both the guy in front and back of me got a number, talk about luck.

Those shoplot already fully sold right? When it first started work I already call to enquire, but forever nobody pick up phone, then heard my neighbour said is fully sold.

Where is the showhouse of citra 3? As for the current citra, it is building quite fast, some of the units looks like is completed from the outside.

The land opposite DRB Hicom has been cleared, so far they have put up the notice board to build ONE building with 3 storey, but from the photo it looks like a row of shops will be build, looks like that is going to be their next launch

Citra is gated and guarded? I don't see any guard house being built. But no doubt the fencing is quite nice., they put 2 strips in the pillar, dunno is it aesthetic only or got other function

i was wondering where is this station stadium mpbj until i have a look at wikimapia, this is one of the few with park and ride facilities.

For the LRT3, Hicom industrial park will be the suitable place, so many workers around that area, and also the upcoming KDU Universiti will be there.

BTW some of the new houses beside citra looks like already finish building. Super wide Road, but looks like is not gated?
