Yeah, but it has been cut down to once a week since i m quite occupied with my work.

May be i should stop the cardio by now.

eventhough i eat clean, yet, still its the same shit.

meal 1- oats+3-4 eggs
meal 2- 4-5 spoon of rice + meat+ vege
meal 3- protein whey + apple
meal 4- 4-5 spoon of rice+ meat+ vege
meal 5- protein whey+eggs/oats.

something like that for 2 weeks. yet no difference in weight. =.=

Humm, my carbs intake only for breakfast (preworkout) post workout and post post workout, i divide my daily carbs intake into tat 3 meals.... and postworkout will have the most carbs share and follow the carbs cycle.

I m losing weight, but from my frens eyes, they r saying i m losing size T.T

So far, abs is starting to get a little visible (first 2 pac XD).

For the ratio thinggy....i forgot the calculation, on high carbs day my diet looks like this .... :

0630 - 55g of carbs and 10g of protein from oat + 35g of protein from either chicken or eggs.
0815 - 110g of carbs from glucose polymer + 44g of protein from whey
0930 - 55g of carbs and 10g of protein from oat + 35g of protein from either chicken or whey
1300 - lunch outside (vege + meat + egg(if i can find))
1730 - 15g of fat from nuts + 44g of whey
2030 - 44g of protein and 15g of fat from eggs or 45g of protein from chicken and 15g of fat from coconut oil
2200 - Sleep

but i just cut carbs as much as possible and try to focus on complex ones whenever i take carbs
but what i count is protein and other things like calories etc

When I was on high protein and high fat I consumed no carb at all,went from 95kgs to 84kgs and still looked as big. Am gonna gradually cut out all the carbs from my diet again.

Time to see what's happening beneath all the fat!

If it ain't working, take something out
For instance oats for the last meal of the day for one week and add some energy systems work/cardio, HIIT is viable if it doesn;t interfere with your training. Go for lower impact cardio (High Incline Treadmill, StepMill, Etc) to aid in recovery and not interfere with training as the carbs reduced.

If you still stall, take out rice from meal 4 - 5. reduce progressively. You look the same cause you are not doing anything different.

Like you, I have slower metabolism and lower insulin sensitivity/carb sensitive. Try taking out the carb portion gradually and substitute it with healthy fats like nuts.

PS If you are using the mirror as an indicator, work towards until the love handles are gone and there is no "overlap" over the pantline.

your diet look OK to me tho...cut out any cardio session bro...i think it's just counter productive for your cut...

Tu la... I need a photographer so can do portfolio... Yup my lower Pec lacking a lot due to having a very SHORT length of muscle.. PENDEK apa nak buat but still training for it... lol

im trying to revive HIIT but in 3 months time
right now im planning to burn 1000kcal still but only by slow cardio
hate the fact that i tiba tiba gained 5kgs for the past 3 weeks since i last did HIIT
weird thing is my friends said certain definition is showing
hmm...stupid fats covering up

maybe he should kot...because he is loosing the mass...and i agreed, try change the dietary menu eventho the diet plan looks fine...as suggested by ken (darklight's cutting progress well even without any cardio...)

p/s:with that amount's of carbs, fats and protein, how can he loosing masss ? hmm.gif

ya, planning to start cardio after my finals exam.
so i hope to see some results in maybe 3 months time.
