Towards the final few reps, you look like you were doing good mornings. Might not want to keep your head down. It "Might" encourage your whole body to keep tilting down after every rep due to reasons like weight etc.

Yeah, try to look forward. U r using the power from ur hips to push the weight up. At the end of the squat u might feel some strain on ur back if i m not wrong. Mark ripptoe provides a pretty simple and good videos on squat. Check it out in youtube buddy smile.gif

agreed with shane cross
ur legs maybe, imo, have to be slightly forward to ensure u dont bend too much (not ur bending a lot but like shanecross said, u look like doing good morning at the end)
i think u can do more sebenarnye
smile.gif

jamis, are u saying jangan push with the hips or?
cuz when i do squats, i push with both hips and also heels to absorb all the damage from my lower back
thats how i learn how to do my standing calf raise
haha
yesterday did 180kg's of standing calf raise (smith)...i know just e statements and no vids
i wish i could have someone look at my form though

Leaning too much forward, probably due to week core, fatigue set in at lower back and cores, the stronger part will take parts, end up looks like a good morning, happened to me when i squat heavy

The form looks good to me.

last rep doesnt really look like GM to me.
analyzing what shanecross said and watching the vid, i think in the last rep, your hips just doesnt go down as much. making it seem more good-morning like.
i'm guessing u dun wanna hit the side support bars. mebbe lowering it might eliminate this TINY problem.
Good work mate smile.gif

GJ. Long head of tris need more work. Rear delts bring them up. Focus more on upper pec exercises. Bring up those bicep peaks too.

It's not a matter of bicep peak bro. You NEED to cut, plain and simple, then the peaks will come out. Bodybuilding is about illusion, not how heavy you are. If you're 88kg now, try cutting down slowly to 75kg or so, gradually. People think I'm 90kg plus but i'm only 85kg. Lol.

If it's that obvious, you're overdoing it bro. You're doing HIIT aren't you?
