QUOTE(preducer @ Aug 4 2009, 01:10 PM) Are you sure they won't swap a new one?Today I went back to the place where I purchased it and they allow me to swap 1 more time Lucky again? QUOTE(jind86 @ Aug 4 2009, 01:55 PM) why worry about them not swapping it for you? whatever it is, the problem didnt derive from you, the unit is faulty, simply bring back to them and tell them bout the problem, your unit is covered under apple warranty anyway.. Yeah. They allow me to swap but I don't want. Therefore I choose refund.Don't want to cause them any trouble anymore, plus my 7 days for returning a faulty MacBook Pro is going to end soon, don't want to take the risk again This post has been edited by John89: Aug 4 2009, 09:48 PM |

maybe ur external hdd is in ntfs format. By considering ur problem is ur external hdd is in ntfs, you have two choice then.
1. reformat your external hdd to fat32 filesystem. (you will lose your current data in your external hdd) 2. download "ntfs-3g" for mac. Here (can just copy like usual) This post has been edited by aizad02: Aug 5 2009, 02:11 PM |
