hey guys, is it true that apple will have 1 to 1 change for hardware defection?

If it's true, how about the macbook charging pod? U know the thing on the left where u use to plug in ur charger? I was wondering cos my that little dots that look like this

[ - - - - ]

mine is not horizontally straight. I was thinking this is a manufacturing defect.

Although it is just what some creative and innovative designers do for their free time, this is actually amazingly awesome.

Very innovative design.

Hey guys,

My white macbook which is 6 months old is making noise when I insert the CD into the CD-Rom.

It sounds like bzzzztttt.. like the cd spinning really really loud. and most of the time, it can't load the things inside the CD.

Damn. now the CD is stuck inside my macbook. Can't even eject it.

Do you guys think I can claim warranty for this? Where should I go? The one is BsC. Is it still there?

I bought my mac from apple store Malaysia website.

Should I go claim the warranty or something like that?

If the cd already stuck, then just go claim for warranty, bro. just keep in mind, backup and del sensitive data frm ur hdd... they will boot ur macbook for test run. and ur sensitive data is at risk. i got this advice frm my friend working as tech. it's dangerous to just give ur lptop like that without saving ur sensitive data first. they might stole frm u.

aiya. Can take out already. shit. But I want to claim warranty soon. my earphone pod is loose and I dont know why. Will they change for me 1 for 1?

And which one should I go to? The BsC one is it? Thanks a lot bro
