seems like this laptop is full of Do-it-youself....everything needa be done ourself... i mean its like wat we are paying is just for the cool graphic card..but a lot of tweaking to be done on our own... any comment on this?.... am scouting around for this model too...but as i am not reli good at tweaking stuff...am considering other more user-friendly model too... |

actually if u want the most stable driver u can get it from the asus download site. asus has updated to the latest driver. keep in mind latest driver is not the best driver. the most stable driver is the best driver.

QUOTE(chewchew @ Sep 24 2009, 04:02 PM) wowww... Yup, its not like most system when you just buy one & ready to blast. Actually you can but you wont be satisfied with default setting. Things like Overdrive, Fusion, K10stats, DNA mod driver is just the basic tune ups. seems like this laptop is full of Do-it-youself....everything needa be done ourself... i mean its like wat we are paying is just for the cool graphic card..but a lot of tweaking to be done on our own... any comment on this?.... am scouting around for this model too...but as i am not reli good at tweaking stuff...am considering other more user-friendly model too... nope, not like that.
p0 and p1 is the processor state. it represents 2 state that your processor supports. the default is p0 = high performance (2.1GHz/1.125v) while p1 = low power (1050mz/0.95v) i can force my processor to be in low power state if i set both p0 and p1 to be 1050mhz/0.9v vice-versa, i can force my proc to be in high performance mode if i set both p0, p1 to be 2.1GHz/1.125v This post has been edited by xKAIZERUx: Sep 24 2009, 11:58 PM |
