I've actually stated my budget and all that in the previous post if u did notice it. So now i need u guys to recommend the shoes(please be more straight forward to the shoe's model if it's ok) that best suits my usage. Then i will go try on all the models u all recommended to see which fits my feet best.

2nd question, i think mine is normal.

3rd, not overweight, 21.8

Thanks in advance.

Why not just get both ? Fastwitch for running, T6 for gym ? Still within Ur budget I guess. I'm sure ccube can give more discounts if U buy 2 pairs. tongue.gif

On another note, Nike Free trainers are pretty good too. I have the Nike Free Dynamic TR tht I use primarily for gym sessions & some speedwork & hillsprints. But I wouldn't run more than 5K with it, the inners are just not made for running.

My foot type is the Normal (medium) Arch. Last time don't have any past injuries.
Anyone know if there is such a store in Penang?
around 2 weeks ago. I use to run twice a week but cut down to once a week.

btw, sorry for the late replies as I was away for vacasyun  doh.gif

wow.. u run quite seldom..
u need to run more to build strength in ur legs..

@MayanPaw
the T6 has more support and cushioning...
the fastswitch is more of lightweight trainer/ racer.. i dun tink its recommended to run in them like for training basis..

mayanpaw, ok based on wat u said, both the Triumph 6 and Fastwitch 3 wil suit ur biomechanics.

The diff between T6 and FW3
- T6 is a neutral cushion trainer (Voted Best Cushion Shoe by Runners World USA for 09 season)
- U will feel a better bounce and support than the FW3.
- But it wont be as light as FW3
- The biggest plus point of FW3 is its light weight. I can said one of the lightest in town which also provide good cushioning and support

In conclusion, if u like to have better cushion and support then the Triumph 6 get my vote, but if u are looking for something light yet giving sufficient cushion and support then the FW3 shud be my recommendation. Otherwise just get both of them. rclxm9.gif

Have you guys tried on the Nike LunarGlide yet? I heard it's a better shoe than the Adizero, like what most ppl said here, it's more to a race shoe than a trainer.

Any thoughts on the Nike LunarGlide?

Be more specific.

If if its WHAT shoe, then obviously it has to be GOOD running shoes. No tennis shoes, basketball shoes or canvas shoes for running.

If its what brand, then everyone uses different brands here from the likes of Adidas, Nike, Saucony, Brooks, NB.......etc
