I believe they give it to the existing iPhone 3G customer only...

They only give to selected customer who bought the iPhone 3G with Maxis.
My colleague has given me the letter and a authorize letter from him saying that let me book and collect the iphone on his behalf.
The RM 500 rebate is off RRP and will be credited back to the monthly bill.

If someone has booked for 3gs from maxis white colour with ivalue plan and wanna transfer the booking to me...is that possible?what is the procedure?

another tricky part is i only want prepaid hotlink and black colour?

What I know from the Maxis centre at Gardens, once the booking has been made (means paid RM 200), you can ONLY change the plan and contract period. They specifically mentioned that the iPhone memory size, color, maxis account cannot be changed unless it is another family plan number.

But that is Gardens... who knows you might get lucky if you are persuasive enough.

need to order lol.....stock are limited now...but u can google in mobile area to look for forumer selling 3Gs there..if u r fortunate u can buy it at a good price...for now maxis have cut off the prepaid plan....so u need to select one of their plan.

Just advice LYN forumer who booked their iPhone in KLCC,is better to make your collection before 5pm.After 5pm,mostly they will close the counter to collect your iPhone.

I just went back from KLCC with empty hands,although I already received Maxis sms confirm that I can get my iPhone.(I booked my iPhone 32GB white on 14th of aug) The counter told me that they close their store earlier due to puasa.Another aunty keep argue and scold the employee there..Fuh..People just working with maxis only.I also all the way to KLCC from Klang.I also not say anything,aunty ,you just nearby only ,don't need to scold the employees there like this.Just pity the employee there,puasa still need to get scold by those people.

Anyone ordered from Maxis roadshow in Gardens who has gotten their iphone? Hope to get sms/call from them this week

Wat else do u expect them to say? Are you happy with 'not sure' answer? Imagine you are the guy answering 20 calls asking the same question everyday for the past few weeks you got to understand their feeling also, it's not the guy's fault u r not getting ur iphone...


Anyone else can confirm this? I dun think it matters alot anyway since another upgrade is coming soon.

if like that what is the point of getting iphone and then have to subscribe maxis? i don want the maxis service but i want to buy iphone only.
