Only thing is we don't know what he drives. If we were to deduce the car he drives from the history of his post and his nickname and since he hangs around Sunway and Subang area, I guess I'd just have to tiong every Vios out there. I'd either find him one day or find the wrong person like michael9413. I'd like to see if he can keep up with my hopeless tires.. tongue.gif

Very good question! Just find a place that is wide enough provided the road is Tarmac...not gravel. If it is gravel, the tyre sure gone..rubber cut and tear off badly. Just push it harder and go sideway.. brows.gif This is how to try what's the limit... blush.gif

yes Tarmac road test, for gravel no issue last use to friend buggy with turbo... slide in and out ... so hard to control in corner but good to improve skill and understand the control level slide and over do it...

u guys bully small car with better tires also no use coz in dry cannot compare mah... wet maybe but again to be fair use apple to compare with apple but equipped with different tires...

The point that I'm trying to put across is that the handling of the car does not only rely on the tyres. The contact patch of the tyres are only about the size of four A4 size papers. What's more important is the rest of the car that keeps the tyres on the road. No point having the best tyre when the car can't keep them planted on the ground.

I especially like it in corners during the rain, nothing feels better than being able to put full power on all 4 wheels out of the corner. That's what you call putting the tyres to work.

the new road from Simpang Pulai is not that bad like the Tapah road~ Simpang Pulai road to Cameron consists of a lot highspeed corners~ during a downhill from Cameron~ some corners can touch 160kmh easily~ where else the Tapah is much narrow with slow corners~ that will be more challenging and risky, provided if you know what you are doing~ smile.gif

hi guys

i'm driving a honda city vtec (not i-vtec version)
Currently i'm using Falken 195/55/R15, decided to change 2 sets of tyres
well, the boss recommended me Michelin PS 3 185/55/R15. She said (yes, she) Michelin 195 is bigger than Falken 195, advised me to use 185 instead.
Price wise, RM210 including nitrogen (which i think is useless tongue.gif)

So, should I go with 195 or 185?

well 195/55 has a lil more comfort... urs suspension is a lil on hard side in stock already if 195/55 i scare u complain is like riding mod car already... haha...
nitrogen gas useless la... tried but not much effect... i'm using 195/55 on my vios so far no problem woh...

YO michael9413
last time you PMed me and intro me to get Primacy LC
well, i asked a shop but quoted me RM240 per pc.. crazy expensive
then another shop, don't really want to sell me Primacy LC, said no stock la, wait long la. hard hard also wan sell me PS3

so, 195 is more comfort than 185?
any h.city sifu can advice if fit in Michelin PS3 195/55/R15 will be alright?
