First of all, this is a confession letter of a client towards wetfusion of his attitude in handling his online modding business. I wouldn’t want to start up this actually but his attitude is already out of the boundaries which I cannot accept.
The story started when I sent my psp on 24th Mar 09 to him for dual nub mod and as I was being told by him that my psp will be done within 2 weeks time but I know this mod is hard so I didn’t rush him for that. Also as requested by him, I had bank in full amount of RM180 on the same day I posted my psp. One month later, I posted a reply on the thread asking about the progress of the mod and his replies as refer to screenshot attached.
I have been really patient waiting and waiting till I got his sms that he has completed everything and will post the psp back on 16th May 09. After a long wait of 3 days, I have been online checking the tracking no. that he gave and also called up the poslaju hotline to check for the tracking no. but the poslaju person told me the tracking no. does not exist. Immediately, I called him up and asked him what’s going on. He told me he will check and later on, he replied back that he got my psp back from the kuantan post office and will explain to me later on.
Without any hesitation, I replied “so u will post again now?” Guess what, he replied that “I’m at pejabat pendaftaran bro. have to make new ic” I replied his sms within 1 minute, logically thinking, since you are in the post office and the post office is still open, why don’t you send it off again instead of wasting time to make another trip to the post office? Double job isn’t it? Guys, don’t you sense something is wrong here?
Never mind then, I’m just looking at the bright side by telling myself there might be some error happening at the post office that wet need to bring home and correct it. Then since he said he will explain so I call him up at night yet nobody answer and I was trying to reach him for the whole night and also the next day yet still fail to reach him. As the result, I don’t get any explanation about why my psp is still in kuantan post office. What he did to close up this case was saying he put his hp in silent mode, was very busy and please give him some space, nothing related to what I really want to know but he did commit he will send my psp back to me by last week. So I lay my trust on him once again and give him the ‘space’ that he want. Last Sunday, I pmed him if he has send out my psp when the time he was online cause I don’t get any news from him about sending back psp to me. He replied back he did sent at 4.40pm in the afternoon on sat and he said the tracking no. remains the same as previous. At the same time, I was really curious that how come he still can use back the tracking no. which was posted previously. Therefore, I request to resend the revised tracking no. to me to double confirm in order to avoid misunderstanding occur. Again I have been waiting for another 3 days. I still don’t get my psp back and I have called up the poslaju to check the tracking no. The reply was as same as last time, YOUR TRACK NO. DOES NOT EXIST. I have been trying to contact him and sms him since today(26th May) evening but can't get through and delivery failed. Wet, if you really have sent it, can you post up the poslaju receipt as your proof? What you left for me now is disappointment.
It has been more than 2 months now and as a client, what we wish to get is good services from someone that you rely on to get the things done. Therefore, do you think it was a good service when you call to ask for info but he never bother to answer your call, never bother to pick up your calls and never bother to reply the sms? While the psp is still in his hand, how do you guys think I will feel when I call him urgently to discuss the matter with him and yet he just ignored my call? His only reply to close up this case is that he is tire and busy.
Well, when doing business, no matter how busy you are, a good business dealer will never missed up an urgent call or even did missed a call they will call them back and explain. After all, he is the one who accepted the mod job. If he cannot do it, just inform me frankly. Am I right?
I have been asking him to post up the picture and video of the psp whether work in progress or have already done but thing doesn’t go right. Since he claim that my psp is done and ready to send, why can't he upload photos or videos of my psp? He seems to delay and delay and never realize what he had promised me to be done and until now there is no videos of my psp mod being uploaded instead of the completion of others client mod who come after me.
Wetfusion as known as Mohd Afiq bin Abdul Razak, I hope you take this seriously and tell me what actually had happened to my psp. I wish to get my psp back as soon as possible in a good condition. You owed me a duty of care and if u did breached that duty of care causing damage to my psp, you have to compensate me for the wrongful act that you have been done.
* You are being such a trustworthy person towards others client, but not to me. You give me no choice but to solve everything here.
