COMPLAINT against wetfusion

First of all, this is a confession letter of a client towards wetfusion of his attitude in handling his online modding business. I wouldn’t want to start up this actually but his attitude is already out of the boundaries which I cannot accept.

The story started when I sent my psp on 24th Mar 09 to him for dual nub mod and as I was being told by him that my psp will be done within 2 weeks time but I know this mod is hard so I didn’t rush him for that. Also as requested by him, I had bank in full amount of RM180 on the same day I posted my psp. One month later, I posted a reply on the thread asking about the progress of the mod and his replies as refer to screenshot attached.

I have been really patient waiting and waiting till I got his sms that he has completed everything and will post the psp back on 16th May 09. After a long wait of 3 days, I have been online checking the tracking no. that he gave and also called up the poslaju hotline to check for the tracking no. but the poslaju person told me the tracking no. does not exist. Immediately, I called him up and asked him what’s going on. He told me he will check and later on, he replied back that he got my psp back from the kuantan post office and will explain to me later on.

Without any hesitation, I replied “so u will post again now?” Guess what, he replied that “I’m at pejabat pendaftaran bro. have to make new ic” I replied his sms within 1 minute, logically thinking, since you are in the post office and the post office is still open, why don’t you send it off again instead of wasting time to make another trip to the post office? Double job isn’t it? Guys, don’t you sense something is wrong here?

Never mind then, I’m just looking at the bright side by telling myself there might be some error happening at the post office that wet need to bring home and correct it. Then since he said he will explain so I call him up at night yet nobody answer and I was trying to reach him for the whole night and also the next day yet still fail to reach him. As the result, I don’t get any explanation about why my psp is still in kuantan post office. What he did to close up this case was saying he put his hp in silent mode, was very busy and please give him some space, nothing related to what I really want to know but he did commit he will send my psp back to me by last week. So I lay my trust on him once again and give him the ‘space’ that he want. Last Sunday, I pmed him if he has send out my psp when the time he was online cause I don’t get any news from him about sending back psp to me. He replied back he did sent at 4.40pm in the afternoon on sat and he said the tracking no. remains the same as previous. At the same time, I was really curious that how come he still can use back the tracking no. which was posted previously. Therefore, I request to resend the revised tracking no. to me to double confirm in order to avoid misunderstanding occur. Again I have been waiting for another 3 days. I still don’t get my psp back and I have called up the poslaju to check the tracking no. The reply was as same as last time, YOUR TRACK NO. DOES NOT EXIST. I have been trying to contact him and sms him since today(26th May) evening but can't get through and delivery failed. Wet, if you really have sent it, can you post up the poslaju receipt as your proof? What you left for me now is disappointment.

It has been more than 2 months now and as a client, what we wish to get is good services from someone that you rely on to get the things done. Therefore, do you think it was a good service when you call to ask for info but he never bother to answer your call, never bother to pick up your calls and never bother to reply the sms? While the psp is still in his hand, how do you guys think I will feel when I call him urgently to discuss the matter with him and yet he just ignored my call? His only reply to close up this case is that he is tire and busy.

Well, when doing business, no matter how busy you are, a good business dealer will never missed up an urgent call or even did missed a call they will call them back and explain. After all, he is the one who accepted the mod job. If he cannot do it, just inform me frankly. Am I right?

I have been asking him to post up the picture and video of the psp whether work in progress or have already done but thing doesn’t go right. Since he claim that my psp is done and ready to send, why can't he upload photos or videos of my psp? He seems to delay and delay and never realize what he had promised me to be done and until now there is no videos of my psp mod being uploaded instead of the completion of others client mod who come after me.

Wetfusion as known as Mohd Afiq bin Abdul Razak, I hope you take this seriously and tell me what actually had happened to my psp. I wish to get my psp back as soon as possible in a good condition. You owed me a duty of care and if u did breached that duty of care causing damage to my psp, you have to compensate me for the wrongful act that you have been done.

* You are being such a trustworthy person towards others client, but not to me. You give me no choice but to solve everything here.

hakim, i did make contact with wet but yet the problem is not solve.
what i know now is he got my psp back from kuantan's post office yet he didn't let me know when the whole thing will be done and send.
he is offline and i can't get him to solve the rest of the problem.

Even wet still leave lots of unsolve question marks here but i think everyone here need to get a good rest.

Fox, like I mention before in the custom mod thread there is milestones in every project. Since wet accepted my mod, he should let me know the project timeline and set up his milestones to complete up my mod. If there is any delay occur, he should have inform me instead of being a silencer. Patience is a virtue but if I don’t get any response and keep on waiting, I think that’s call fool.

Update*

There were a few questions I need to solve out with wet:-

1st the slim nub that I sent up along with my psp is brand-new, bought from laohor, s’pore and tested on his psp which working perfectly. Since you declare that the slim nub is not working, why don’t you feedback to me earlier in the progress of dual nub mod. What you did is putting in a fat nub without my concerns, you could have spare some time to inform me, don’t you?

2nd you quoted the price for the dual nub mod and all the while you didn’t mention to me about the costing for the whole progress. You are the modder, you should let me know your condition and the difficulties you faced and how much more I needed to top up for you in order to make the deal reasonable.

3rd all the while you have claimed that my psp is COMPLETELY modded. But now you telling me there is missing metal cage and the elasticity is not there. And you sent the INCOMPLETE psp to me twice without letting me know there are problems with my modded psp. Is this the attitude of a ‘soon to be’ businessman should have?

Well, still no update from wet.

I have been stop calling him since yesterday because I can't get through his phone.

Also, i realize that wet was online on 28th May but he didn't reply to this thread.

finally you are here. i got that ic sms on 27th May 2.41 am and i did send you smses on 28th and 29th but all fail to delivered.
Also, as what a forumer using EXIFF to prove that the actual date you start modding my psp is on 27th May.
This can heavily PROVE that the tracking no. you given to me is fake and you didn't sent my psp as well.

wet, you haven't answer any of those questions then you went offline.
as mentioned by our staff, fruitie too. Poslaju never fail even once yet you posted twice and both time stuck at kuantan post office as you said.
and you didn't give a clear explanation about that untill now, all you did is escape from those questions and trying to twist the solid evidence against you.

is not the matters of understanding, is your DUTY to update what your client should know? Do you got it?
and like what i mentioned, if you did send my psp back to me on 16th and 24th May, please scan the receipt and post it here.
if you saying that i'm trying to accuse you and not trying to resolve the problem, please make out your statement other than using successful trade with other trader. this statement can't prove in my situation, please take note.

since you took back my psp from kuantan the 2nd times it stucked and you request me to wait for you to settle the elasticity problem.

when can you finish up my psp?

Mr Wetfusion, since you said everything is working fine except the dual nub is not so elastic as it should be, so meaning the Orange LED Trigger ,Orange Led Speaker Holes and the dual nub function is working fine right, So okie, let's make this clear.
I give you ONE more weeks (1 June until 7 June 09) to correct the elasticity problem. I hope you would fully use up the time to finish up the INCOMPLETE mod.Whether you manage to fix it or not, I will ask people to collect back my psp from you in Kuantan, no need you so SUSAH PAYAH walk to post office so many times yet my psp still stuck twice in the post office as you claimed.

The condition wanted when i get back my psp :
1) Well functioning
2)Both orange led for trigger works fine
3)Both orange led in speaker holes works fine
4)Dual nub works fine ( ignore the elasticity if you not able to work it out within 1 week)

P/S:A copy of this message has been sent to wetfusion via sms.( although the sms mostly will being ignored)

This thread will be closed right after i got my psp back. Wet and i manage to work this out after we discuss it via sms yesterday. Hopefully everything can be settled after this week.

i'm just come back from outstation. that pm i sent to you is on monday, my uncle got back my psp is on tuesday and i know my psp's condition when the time you asked me to call you.

so how can i update the status before i get back my psp, right?

Sorry guys for the late update and thanks for all the concerns.

Here’s the update.

As refer to my previous post, I stated that the condition I wanted when I get back my psp is well functioning with all the LEDs works and the dual nub works except the elasticity issue but none of those condition applies on my psp.

Last Tuesday (09 June) morning around 10+, my uncle called me up and told me that he had collect back my psp from wet. At the same moment, I receive an sms from a 017 no. saying that he is wet and ask me to call him. So I hang up the call with my uncle and call wet, he told me he had pass the psp to my uncle and he told me the things are not working so I was like huh?!?

I thought he was saying the elasticity not working so I asked him to explain what is not working. He said he open up my psp the day before (08 June) because he realize the dual nub got some problem needed to fix and he need to disassemble those LEDs and the psp mother board in order to fix that. He continue said that he think of fixing it back on that morning (09 June) but my uncle already came and wanna collect back so he just screw everything back, put those LEDs in a small packet and passed to my uncle.

(He did asked my uncle to give him some time to fix back everything and come back later on to collect but my uncle refuse to do so because my uncle afraid later on he come back and collect but wet still said not yet done, keep on delay then will be never ending story. My uncle also told me that I have gave wet 1 week to settle those issues yet wet only realize the 2nd nub got problem on the day before collection. Is that coincidence or an excuse to cover up the INCOMPLETE mod?!)

I’m speechless at that moment and just thinking that I had gave him almost 3 months to mod my psp but nothing been done. Wet still continued there saying that he tak puas he didn’t finish up my mod, he ask me to send up my psp along with the original razor x for him to mod again and saying that he will surely mod well this time. I told him I will find a day bring my psp and razor x to kuantan and wait for him to complete up the mod on the spot but he said he can’t do it on the spot, he need some time. I ended our conversation by saying I will call him if I go up to kuantan.

In conclusion, I have sent out my psp to wet for almost 3 months but nothing has been done on it except that wet has drilled a hole on the faceplate, screw back my psp and returned it to my uncle. None of the modifications I requested for has been done.

Still, there are questions wet haven’t answer in this thread.

i) The explanation for the EXIFF info of the photos you took for my psp dual nub wip.

ii) Where is the poslaju receipt that you promise you will upload?

yeah, i write down our conversation as shown above.

you can go through it but still you need to solve out those questions.

because not only me wanna know, i think potential customer would like to know too.

wet, i'm not trying to malign or cari gaduh with you. we talk nicely over the phone.

but i wrote everything we talk about in that post, i even mention you tell my uncle to wait, is just that my uncle refuse to wait. how's people wanna judge on that is their own freedom.

sigh.. wet, u had mentioned so many times in your blog and the custom mod thread saying the RM180 i gave you not enough to cover the cost you wasted on the purple faceplate,nubs etc. but now you saying i didn't pay you RM180.

wet, where is your HEART? sigh...

wet, the best 'ridsect' to prevent them to gigit you again is the poslaju receipt.

I think all your supporters would like to see that too.
