I want to lose 2-3kg before the Standard Chartered Marathon 2009 on 28 June 2009.

My current weight fluctuate from being 82kg in the morning and being 84kg in the evening.

I have yet to check my body fat %, will find time to check soon.

Yeah, see you there.

I am only doing the 10km marathon and I seldom jog too.

As such, I would have to do some training for this run.

GL to those on scklm!

On another note, for the next challenge, I think we also need to review the injuries from the last one and what's happening last week as well as this week.

Is it normal to pull a muscle every 2-3 weeks while going to the gym? I see sky.live and tengster making mention about it quite regularly.

Muscle pull = overstrain the muscles that they become painful and sore and aching.

Actually that sounds like DOMS from my point of view.

Usually takes about 24-48 hours to recover.

Also depends on what exercises.

sometimes do squate......entire glute and thigh areas are wasted for 2 days.......

I try always not to clash squatting with running days.........the later is given priority...hehehehe

Last 2 days before new challenge starts!

Anyone else has goals on weight-loss/BF loss?

Also, when is the last day for sign-up? The Monday itself or we giving a few days for stragglers to sign-up?

Nice pics zeist! Now we will have ladies checking out this post. Haha!

And I can see that you like the green color.

As for lean, what's your definition of lean? I get the feeling that if you really want to go lean, you may have to do the V-diet that iamyuanwu was mentioning about.
