I thought insurance is automatically included?

AA has to pay separately, but I expected everything is included for a national airline.

If you think about what happened to MH370, do you think MAS only pay those who bought insurance?? I think they pay all.

Its optional for MAS. Not compulsory.

Guys i need some help here. Earlier 4 of us purchase ticket a trip to taiwan. Now one of the passenger unable to travel due to medical conditions.

Is there a way i can request to transfer the ticket to other person? I mean change the passenger name to a new one.

vince01 I assume your tickets are those cheap non refundable ones? If you have any sort of travel insurance, normally trip cancellation cos of medical reasons is covered.

Asia so big ... depends where you want to go.

If KL-Penang, should be quite cheap. Maybe 8,000 miles??

MAS moved my flight from 4:30pm to 6:05PM and my transit time increased from 3 hours to 4.5 hours =.=

Trying cleaning your browser cache, and unselect the chosen time and select again.

I believe can be change in manage my booking on MAS website. Or else go to KL sentral for change

no worries, mine was reversed and in different orders multiple time, chinese name + christian name making it even more complicated

actually no need change one, as long as the spelling are correct, you're fine

The most important thing is whether your english name is an official one (i.e. in your passport) or not.

if u enter correctly, it will display correctly. what u mean upon payment the name disappear?

Thanks but i did contact Malaysia Airlines and mentioned that this is ok as long the spelling are correct.
