Is it me alone or is the MAS app totally useless. Cant login to my enrich account and all my flight details. The Airasia app is 10000000 times better. So much for a "National Airline".

Did you update the MAS apps??

I think they recently upgrade to new version

I’m able to log in and view my upcoming flight, remind me departing in how many days

You are NOT eligible to use MHUpgrade for booking that come along with infant. If you book 5 people + 1 infant in the same booking number, all 5 persons are NOT eligible for upgrade. The system will NOT allow upgrade if any booking tagged along with the infant.

Mine looks fine though, it can show me the miles required and the tax associated.

Maybe need to click on the miles (instead of card/cash) to make sure that they know you’re looking at redeeming miles?

Hello. Does the miles come in after we've taken the flight or the moment we bought the tickets?

It will only be credited once you have flown the flight. and it does not comes immediately, usually it takes within a week to get credited.

I guess it's not relevant info for you cos you have infant, but anyway in the last 2 years I've made 2 bids and both successful (KL - Tokyo and KL - Seoul). Both times I bid at the bottom of the 2nd section of the "speedometer."

adui. there're daily flights by MAS to Beijing everyday and everything is still fine. It was an accident, and it can happen to anyone. Not like MAS thing or what.

Based on luck a bit I guess. Like I said, on the bidding "speedometer" it was around the bottom of only the 2nd "section."

Am I able to enter OneWorld's lounge in Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport? I went to OneWorld to enquire but only found myself to be redirected to MAS and MAS CS tells me that they do not know (WTH) and asked me to ask the counter itself over there.

Please help me have clarification if anyone has taken MAS from BKK - KUL for Business class.

Yes you will be able to enter all OW lounge in BKK if you are flying Business class on MH, subject to the lounge opening hours of course. Do try the newly open Qatar Lounge if you’re able to, never been but heard it’s nice.
