i have a question here,  when i bought the tics my english name was in the system but upon payment my english name is not in it .  do i have to pay for a penalty to put back my name into my air tic?

Haven't bought a MAS ticket in a while, just only realized that KNN, they now charge money for seat selection (full service airline ftw).

You guys nowadays buy MAS do you bother paying for the seat or just leave it be and select seats during check-in?

Any1 tried to change ticket name b4?

Actually i log a request on their website, and they replied me once with email, yea just once, they require the passport copy to proceed for name changing, but after thn they never response for few days even i asked for update. Just contact them in facebook asking for my ticket status and they ask me to contact call center lol. Whats the pts asking for my passport copy in the 1st hand.

So... I didn't make it... Haha..

I check if there is delay while I was travelling to klia.... It says on time... Habis....

If I use kiosk and get printed boarding pass, and abandon my luggage (what?), then I can make it. My klia transit reach klia at 5pm....

But, because I can't abandon my luggage, and I don't know how some people can always get their big luggage on airplane (they place it on the top compartment there). I wanted to try rushing to gate with luggage with me, but somehow I felt I shouldn't breach the rules....

So... I let it fly.... Guess what... I still receive sms saying that the plane is ready for boarding (as of 5.46pm), and say that the gate will close 10 mons before departure.... Which means, their flight is delayed!

The thing is, I so smart check airasia, and saw that there is a flight home that I might be able to catch up. It is bound to fly at 550pm on time. So, during 5pm klia transit at klia, I didn't go down. I instead travel to klia2 to try my luck. Rush to sales office and ask if I can make it by buying ticket now. The staff refused.

Sad ayam.

Tapao an expensive rm30 chicken rice, go sleep rm90 tune hotel aeropolis for a night. Wake up 330am to catch my next flight home 630am. Mas airline rm140 ticket burned. Airasia early morning flight ticket shy of rm200.

So... I made it home yesterday.

Morale of the story: if the interviewer likes u a lot, be sure to allocate more time buffer for your flight. And, don't take express bus no matter how. Always strive for ets, always on time.

I'd like to confirm 2 things:

1) Is there any restriction if i am bringing 2 laptops + 1 powerbank of 20k mah in carry-on bagpack? Assume below 7kg total

2) MAS currently allows 30kg checked-in allowance for economy class. If I am bringing 1 trolley bag + 1 large bagpack would that be ok? Does the total dimensions matter anymore, if I maintain total weight for both below 30kg?

Anyone know where to check if my flight is upgradeable with enrich miles, and how many miles required?

I know some will ask me to call enrich, but I'd like to see if there is any info available before I call them, because most likely I have to wait 30mins or more before I get to speak to one of their customer service.
