I bought 4 return tickets to Siem Reap without logging in with my acc (bought as a guest).
What's the earliest time to select seats? My tickets are due next July. |

You can change the your flight online via the manage my booking tab on www.malaysiaairlines.com. But to change the traveller's name is not allowed. Should you did not reserve your seat during the booking process and you would like to reserve one now, you will have to call their call centre. |

i want to ask one question...just booked ticket to london....the problem is i put the wrong passport number in my information on ticket booking...it is ok or valid? did i need to inform MAS to change to the correct passport number?

I have a question. I bought 2 tickets to Taiwan last 3 or 4 months ago. I'll be flying off tomorrow midnight. I bought the ticket (return) without taxes which is only about 190 ringgit per person. Question is will I get charged for taxes when I board or check in my luggage? I've already done online check-in and they said mobile confirmation is not available. Please see our customer service before boarding.

Have fun in Taipei and don't forget to bring umbrellas. It rains a lot in Taipei from October to April. |

apparently for MAS, buying a one way ticket could be cheaper for SIN-KUL-SIN....
cheapest SIN - KUL is $75 (MH603) cheapest KUL - SIN is RM130+ (MH623) that is with luggage 30kg and no ccard fee , debit card fee , convenient fee etc etc |

MAS wheelchair service are really terrible nowdays

Have you guys faced any problem in having your Enrich points credited to your account when you travel with partner airlines? Other than the redeem missing miles option and useless calls/emails made to the lousy MAS customer service, did you have to travel to their office? And did that help?
Their service is seriously much worse than SQ's KrisFlyer. |

I told them, I sent my application before 6 months after my flights. In fact, I sent 2 times (before 6 months) and called 2 times for another 4 segments!! Until now still missing 4 segments. All my segments are One-World partner. I wish my credit card points could be transferred to Qatar Privilege Club, then I wouldn't stick with MAS liao.
