make sure you dont get seated on the last row of each sections, cannot recline your seat.

Just got off the phone with them. Opt for their callback service. Callback within 30 minutes but they transferred me to Internet booking department, the transfer was almost 20 minutes long.

Had to pay to confirm the seats. My dad is quite picky and he wants to know that the seats is confirm so can't wait until April to do web check in.

If I want to book domestic flight from kl to penang for myself and other passenger, what details required? Full name and passport number? There's a column to write number but I'm not sure whether its for nric or passport number thx

i just bought a return ticket for my parents. but i wrongly type 'bin' instead of 'binti'.. then i call mas hotline, and asked the customer service about the problem. he told me its okay, shouldnt be a problem, as long my mum's name on the ic match with the passenger name. bin or binti doesnt matter.. so, no need to worry right??

and another problem, i bought a ticket for myself. but i didnt put bin. i just put my name on first name, and my dad's name on last name. without bin.. is it okay guys? eg, name on ic is mohd bin abu. but i just put mohd on first name. and abu on last name.
