MAS service is worse than Airasia. Last time i made some changes on my Airasia booking but didn't receive the amended itinerary. I called up Airasia and got my itinerary on the same day.
Talk about 5-star.

I bought my Grab-A-Deal ticket last Sunday night but did not receive my e-ticket. Called up MAS the next day asking them to resend they said they will send. Few hours later still haven't received. Then called up again.. and provided alternate email address. They said they will send and i should be able to receive by end of Monday or latest Tuesday morning. Still didn't receive anything on Tuesday so i sent them an email instead cos i fed up of calling (have to wait for at least 15 minutes before someone answers your call). Now it's already Friday and still i didn't get any reply nor my e-ticket. Very good.

Have you guys faced any problem in having your Enrich points credited to your account when you travel with partner airlines? Other than the redeem missing miles option and useless calls/emails made to the lousy MAS customer service, did you have to travel to their office? And did that help?
Their service is seriously much worse than SQ's KrisFlyer. |
