you need to be an Enrich member but it is individual based. Even if you are paying for others you will only be entitled to redeem miles with ticket under your name only.

How much tax and surcharge you are paying for Osaka?

I try to redeem Phutket flight;

They are selling RM459 on website

Redemption: 12500 point + RM479 for surcharge and tax.

so my point is for nothing and i pay extra RM20? shocking.gif

make sure you dont get seated on the last row of each sections, cannot recline your seat. sweat.gif

best if you always refer to seatguru and avoid the bad seats on different plane for different airlines.

I tried with Qantas domestic on economy, paid a heavenly price that cost almost the same as my KUL - MEL ticket and got nothing. In my Enrich accounts it states fares not eligible. rclxub.gif

never try but read people shared that to redeem partner airline you need to call Enrich customer service.
