Sanwa Parts Tumpang (closing date: 1st to 2nd April 2009)

As much as I would like to help, I actually have a career to focus on hence I prefer if this tumpang takes minimal effort to conduct. Key rules:

1) I may not reply to posts/PMs in a timely manner, or not at all - if I deem your message irrelevant. So please be sensible and perform your own research before asking questions which can be answered by simply googling or scanning through the Tech Talk section of the shoryuken.com forums, or any other resources.

2) My price is mandate, aka FIRM. Do not ask for best price or any discounts. Calling me 'bro' does not give you any privileges, nor will open me up for any additional favours.

3) Requests are subject to availability and subject to my descretion, convenience and preference. This may seem unfair to some, but this is a personal order of mine and there are shipping limitations.

4) I reserve the right to modify or delete this post anytime, as I see fit. We play by my rules, as I do NOT want things to get complicated and end up cancelling this order.

I will reply to PMs the best as I can. I will need to submit the order ASAP. Thanks.

good luck bro...and hope more ppl will have sanwa/seimitsu parts soon...

Are you sure you should be feeling like that, and not the burning spirit to keep trying harder and practice to beat him instead? Bcuz if you do, then I don't see that this game suits you. Winning never comes easy.

it's just for fun but seems like it's giving more stress than necessary. tongue.gif maybe when i manage to find a job then i'll have more time to practice tongue.gif

haha. Take it slow dude. Sometimes, its just fun to see if that guy your going against does a neat combo, and you'd just froze there looking at how great it was pulled out. tongue.gif Happened to me during arcade days, and it was sure a blast. laugh.gif

Arcades/get togethers are awesome.

You get to hear everyone really hyped and into the match.

One day there was this great Team Scrub player at MvC2. Me and 3 other dudes took turns trying to take him down.

I knocked him out once and we were all like YEAHHHHH then the guy continued.

Goddammit.

you know, you should be happy coz you have someone you can aim for.

this is how fighting game is played, you aim for a better player, maybe you get through him, maybe you dun.
but either way, it gives you a purpose to continue playing.

you know last night Tristan kicked my ass for about 40 fights.
40 fights x 3 rounds = roughly 120 rounds.
there were considerable amount of perfects and straight wins.

but you know what, each time i score 1 round, i jump.
each time i come close to beat him for a round, i jump.
each time i managed to connect a nice combo, i jump.

that's the magic of the game.

i'm pretty new in this game man, and i'm not THAT good, in fact, i'm way less than good.
rawfish, tristan and Darkstalker and maybe several others can tell you how easy it is to beat me.
(P/s: thanks guys, i really appreciate it when you guys stayed although i dun even fight back a lot)

add me on psn if you are tired of defeat, i might be at your level.
besides, why care so much about win or lose?
CONNECT THE LONG COMBOS MAN! THAT'S THE FUN PART! (especially when you hit the better players in this forum, priceless)
BUAHAHAHAHAHAHA

If you can give a long combo on tristan, you don't have to worry about the round anymore, you already won a very big step when fighting with the pro himself. biggrin.gif

Merely comboing on Tristan, rawfish and any other good players isn't enough.

Unless the combo does 100% of course. tongue.gif

Might not play tonight, uncle's playing MGO. Will see later.

Well, I've been playing random characters and I would be messing around. Time will come when you'll need me to use my best character going all out.

Have been playing a few nights with Darknightryu and it was a blast. Managed to only win 1 match out of the countless battles.

Good fun!

The lp shoryuken into ex/super/ultra is a pain.... lol

Hahahaha... yup. After I get to impatient dodging the fireballs.

Added on April 1, 2009, 1:49 pmIs it just purely experience or lots of practice that you know how far the crouch mk/mp/hk will reach out? Or you use a ruler to measure on screen how far it will reach? tongue.gif
I always get hit by that.. doh.gif

While you could practise the range of pokes, but I believe experience is the one that helps you maintain the knowledge of the distance when sticking out pokes.

Especially during times of trouble, experienced players tend ot be the ones that pull off great comebacks, they're used to it, know what works and keep their cool.

hope bro here can give me an answer.
for online game, i don't understand why when i jump over to kick/pumch opponent head, always miss the head , end up only kick the leg which cost me unable to continue my combo.

is it becoz of timing (i dont think so coz i never miss while playing against cpu, i even tried closing my eyes while doing those combo in training mode) or becoz of the internet connection ?
