I have follow this forum since Vision 1. I like Amansiara area but can't affort to buy. So sad. Im staying in Rawang, everyday will passby Amansiara, i will sure looking at the site area. I feel very sad and dissapointed with the developer. You guys have to be patient, hopefully good news will coming to you all soon. Good luck.

Hey guys... Why so quiet? School holidays mood or no mood?. What's happen with the MPS? It's already 1 month...... Its seems MPS still pending the approval. Any ideas what's happen? Any news regarding next meeting?

No Mood on MPS Pending the Approval already 1 month

Hi Everyone,

Okay the latest news is Syabas is not happy with a few things (details not sure) that is why they are withholding their approval until developer rectifies it.

Until then MPS won't approve our CF.

In this case the developer have to rectifies all defect before CF issue,hope we all claim LAD to cover up the delay

What a bad news to all of us, did the project manager first time handling this kind of project or what ?

My condo last time i just check, upon receive the VP. 2 week later we got our CF already. Really worry with this dev

For CF..I Think the developer shd settle the master room plaster ceilling & both toilet 1st..follow by settle narrow road....mayb developer shd discount 20% for all ..than everyone happy

i think dev will change their mind to choice apply for bankrapt rather doing what you say

Today submit another defect list. and chat with the contractor on side. they said syabas do the inspection and is passed.
So may be goods news coming very soon.



Let pray we can move in this year!!!!
