I have follow this forum since Vision 1. I like Amansiara area but can't affort to buy. So sad. Im staying in Rawang, everyday will passby Amansiara, i will sure looking at the site area. I feel very sad and dissapointed with the developer. You guys have to be patient, hopefully good news will coming to you all soon. Good luck.

They set a rules and regulation is because this project is under Condominium Facilities.

Hi, Im not an Amansiara owner, but my bro in law bought Phase 3 if i'm not mistaken. He didnt knows about this forum until i told him. And he was telling me that, most of the outsider people is talking about Amansiara house. It is a problem project. We are so sad when heard about this.

I tak faham la, why this developer like this... somemore bagi name for this project Amansiara. so AMAN for WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes Templer park also under Rwang address cos i think is at border of Rawang. Rawang is under Majlis Perbandaran Selayang. Yesterday my bro in law called up the MPS to required some matter. One of the office said this Amansiara problem banyak la.. I think they also fed-up oredi. Tambah lagi kalau kita org nak bagi comments about address, lagi lambat dia org nak bagi approval for this project.

OMG.... takutnya bila tengok gambar tu.. i always used that road pergi dan balik kerja. lucky not fall during heavy traffic la.... SHIT!!! hopefully nobody ada kat dalam. actually long time already i have told my hubby about this hill. cos the developer never done thier job properly. u see now WHAT HAPPEN!! Pity la if anybody is there.

ya , i have a feeling like smile_lyn also.. tak sangka it happen so fast.. i pity all the amansiara buyers la. sure you all worry and sakit kepala now. this developer really S*@K la. kalau ada org kat dalam macam mana? kesian la..

Kalau dia clear jalan pun, i takut nak lalu kat sana la. cos tahan skrg sure dah loose. have to used plus highway to go home tonight.. aiyo... sure jam giler tonight..

one more think i worry also la smile_lyn. do you notice the road to the entrance to templer hills bungalow? jalan nak masuk tu tinggi la. i was wondering tahan ke tembok tu..

I just called up JKR about the status. They said still cannot use the road. Have to use Plus highway la. For me im still ok, cos in staying in Rawang, kalau for people who staying in templer park or amansiara susah la. kena pusing satu big round.... they still cannot search any mangsa inside or not.. that's what they told me

Hi, this morning beli nasi lemak kat selayang, siap ramai org kat kedai cakap pasal amansiara. kecoh... dia org cakap tu rumah baru, taman baru dah jadi macam ni. now is landslide, tambah lagi taman sana cable tower besar besar. takut!! tak baik untuk kesihatan. i pun dengar la. dan diam je. kalau natural disaster kita tak boleh stop kan.. tu dah takdir tuhan.

can i use the road back to rawang today? cos if using the sg buloh to PLUS highway jam giler la

sure jam, cos ppl slow down the car tengok keadaan sana kan? jalan mesti penuh dengan muds, dah la hujan lagi.. anyway thanks for the info :)

The site where a landslide took place at KM13 of Jalan Ipoh is not totally safe yet to vehicles as the soil there is weak, said a Public Works Department (PWD) official.

Thus, there is a possibility of another landslide should there be a heavy downpour, he said.
MPS assistant enforcement officer Paramasivam Chelliah said the area was prone to landslides the past few years due to developments taking shape on top of the hill.

Possibility of another landslide?? this is make people worry la. This developer really kena kau kau......
