For my case, its took about 2 months after the road serving to get VP, but guys don't put too much hope after all the problem that P1 face from thissssssss developer.

Any latest news from MPS regarding CF? Its already 2 weeks... Anyone notice that ghost festival is coming soon. Hopefully, we can get CF by end of this month, then take a month or 2 for renovation and really really wish to move in before the festival month which is start on the August 20th... When i got VP on last january i hope can move in before the Qing Ming festival and now the ghost festival. Just frustating with thisssssssss developer.

I have just call Yasmin from leadmont regarding the maintenance fee that we have paid earlier but she ask me to write in. How should i write the letter? Any suggestion?

It is not fair for me as i have already paid the maintenance since january 2009. They shouldn't ask us to pay the maintenance fee since they havent got the CF.

yup u are rite, they shouldn't collect it on Jan'09 before CF,(coz they try to avoid LAD that why they issued VP on Jan'09 without CF) the defect liability issue related to LAD compensation. Guys please remember when u all claims the LAD don't forget to touch the issue of defect liability period.

Hallo guys, just now i spoke to Mr Rizal from building department MPS. He said the C.F report already prepare and pending Head of Building Department to go thru before forwarded to YDP for signature. According to him, MPS only consider temporary C.F only coz some recommendation letter from external department is still pending. It means developer still not fullfill some of the requirement set by authorities to get full CF. .

halo Zba , did u ask Mr. Rizal when we all can get our temporary CF?

I did, but he not sure..coz his HOD right now out station.

upon receiving temp CF, can we claim further LAD till we get full CF?

We can claim LAD if they did't submit Borang E (CF Application), since they already submitted, LAD no longer can be imposed to them.

i tot LAD was count till the date we get VP and not dev submit borang E?

For those who want to call MPS for the CF status may call 603 - 61204845 and look for En Rizal.

Yea la...VP only valid when they submitted the Borang E to MPS and get endorsement of submission. Like me, they already give invalid VP on Jan 09 w/out Borang E submission. Actually borang E submitted and accepted by MPS on 8/5/09. So LAD running until 8/5/09
