I called MPS they are not aware that Syabas has given approval. Maybe this week only Syabas will inform MPS kut... so hopefully everything falls in place. Rizal won't be today and tomorrow gone for training.

Hw abt for Phase 2 price later? Buy around 180k. Any idea? i called developer just now, said my one siap around end of tis year....but just expected only. I dont think so can siap. Very slow progress now. Hw can i sell b4 i transfer to JB. So sad.

Current Phase 2 are in second last stage already. I guess phase 2 owner will be getting their key earlier. I think they just want to play safe by commited end of this year.

but now wihout CF...

RM198k is the price with CF but the buyer willing to buy now even without CF. You can sell your house without CF, no problems. But the buyer might have difficulties to get bank loan coz without CF. But the seller and the buyer can go together to the same bank and negotiate with the bank officer try to get the loan from the same bank....

How abt 80c abt ? 198K is based on 1st floor/2nd/3rd or 4th floor? i think 198k is 1st floor

mine phase I aso they said end of this year... good la can claim LAD more... no need discount 20% like one forumer said be4
