Bad news.... the developer cancelled the meeting.... Mr. Tan said we can still go over to see him tomorrow... but i don't see the purpose in doing that, most of the issues needs to be verified by developer and not Mr. Tan, he has done his part.

That's all for now will keep everyone updated. So I guess tomorrow meeting cancelled lah.

What was the outcome in the meeting?

what is the actual problem on the CF isue. Did the developer explain?

How did the meeting go... GOOD?

Well shuvit, i dont think that's market price leer. the seller must be "trying his luck" by putting in such price. If that price can get it sold, then only we can hapi a bit. But the seller stated his unit 1300sqr feet . maybe its end lot.



Hmmm... I'm suprised nobody (who were there) posted anything for the last 2 days in regard to the outcome of the meeting.

Well here's what I "captured" there :

The turnout was great. About 50 of us were there. Actually the developer representative expected only a handful aka pro-tem committee. We proudly proclaimed all of us are part of the protem.

on CF:
MPS rep. said he received application from dev. last Fri. I think the dev.rep. said CF will be out in 2 weeks time or so.

on flyover:
Dev.rep said still doing soil testing and flyover will proceed and hopefully be done in a year from now.

on parking issues:
Dev.rep said still in process of negoitating with TNB to take the pockets of land near Amansiara to be made as parking,especially to "compensate" those whose units facing the narrow roads. As for how the parking/spots be assigned, we have to wait to see.


There's more of course, maybe others can add in?

wowww!!! that's a very good news on CF.... they have finally submitted the application... ;D

Just want to ask, the CF submitted is for phase 1 owner only? When phase 2 is completed, will it be completed with CF?

I thought develeopper had submitted CF application on last February, even when i called MPS, MPS said the developper submit CF application on february this year??

1. regarding the maintenance fee - its start counting when the cf is ready.

2. regarding cf - by end of this month, cf will issue, either temporary cf or full cf. Temporary cf already u can move in. its take 2 week to 1 month...

3. why cf was delayed? one of the factor, parking issue. the developer submitted the plan was saying that parking lot was smooth and flat surface. But during the mps personnal checked was different... it's slope... Totally different from the plan submitted earlier, that's why the developer have to submit the new borang e again...

4. the developer said the clubhouse was add on? is that right? that's mean the maintenance fee also will be add on lah.

4. gated and guarded or guarded community? gated means have fence... the brochure stated guarded community...

5. next meeting will be on 23/05/09, at 10am same place, if no changes...

6. can't remember much...

Btw, how about the low toilet ceiling problem????

According to the developer... it was built according to the approved plan with 2meter high. I'm not sure which plan is used. Probably follow the primary school hostel.
