developer got to hack of the front car porch front portion to level with road ,lower the gate as well,major modification work hmm.gif

actually dev did not hack but instead they put additional cement to reduce the steepness of the driveway. the front gate was welded lower. nantilah I snap pics of the driveway.

I attached the quotation for easy reference.

That is the reason why there are some quarters who demanded developers to finish the project and only than sell. There r too many problems with regards to housing projects. We are always mislead by the looks of the show house. the salesman or our own interpretation.

I for example expected the house to be on a flat land although it is built on a hill. its dangerous for small kids to ride bicycle in our neighborhood. A good example of wrong interpretation on my side.

aLL in all it is better for dev to build the house than sell it. not other way round.

referring to "pindaan" that were brought up by one of the forumer, what are the pindaan that dev need to do. sure they will not "pinda" the structure. so pindaan will involve master plan.

once the authority approve thats it. we r going to live with it.

agree. i have already started paying the principal. especially for those using conventional loan its better to pay principal since BLR is at its lowest now.

FYI to reduce loan you can w/draw EPF although loan has not fully disburse. I have done that. Unless if you want to withdraw EPF to serve as monthly installment then you have to wait for 100% disbursement. Then again, some banks have their own procedure to allow you to use the EPF money to pay as installment. You only need to inform them on your intention.

what did u tell the EPF officer ? if u told them for installment definitely they will reject but if to reduce loan than should be ok. You could call the EPF to clarify this. I dealt with Gombak branch. But It is a standard COP/SOP for EPF any branches. The only thing is that the withdrawal is meant for the house lah not other things. If you are caught using the money for something else, you will be charged in court.

I agree with both of you and I too did not really comment on the CF issues. But I understand our friends predicament. People got frustrated. But the developer is not helping at all also. I am sure they are trying to solve whatever problem (which was their own doing) with regards to the CF. But they are not taking any proactive actions with regards to the buyer. Hence, people use this forum to pour their frustration and anger.

Furthermore, the developer is having problem with MPS not us (we r just like adding salt to the wound). Since it has been rejected several times meaning there is/are major problem/s that maybe difficult to rectify.

It is attached in this forum. refer page 2. Contractor grill dah panggil, contractor alarm dah panggil, electrical contractor dah panggil and kitchen cabinet/wardrobe contractor pun dah panggil but cannot do anything. ha ha ha ... sure the contractors thought I was just shopping around for quotations. rclxm9.gif

Added on March 17, 2009, 9:51 amS&P lawyer was appointed by the developer. So its obvious not helping.

CF. Ini yg susah. Like I mentioned earlier if it is a major "pindaan" then had it man. MPS wont back off. Its the regulations.

But if they let go due to interference from whoever or whichever parties , we r going to suffer lah. All in all we r still going to be victimized. This bloody developer! Maybe we could get some compensation in terms of $$$ but we have to live with whatever short fall of this housing project. vmad.gif

Yes that one can work also. Since I am at Jalan 1/3 maybe I can cover along that road. The others maybe can cover your area. Hows that ?

Come to think of it again, how would people know there is something in their post box ? Maybe can put inside their house through the main door.
