If i not wrong syabas will install the meter,to install the fuse ourself is not a good idea unless you a technician or chargeman. unsure.gif

Today, just went there for checking any in house water leaking. And notice there have deactivate the access card,and need the security guard to open up for you, and i go and ask them they say "semua rosak", but i think they do not want so many "temp" house owner to get in there. Only allowed those really have sticker and card. I think last meeting was frighthen the managment liao thumbup.gif

thanks 2 sharin for the update..

seems like we all will get ouf cf soon..
i think there hav a few issue shud be add to highlite in nx meeting such as what alan said..
design kolam dah nampk mcm kandang loji penapis jer..etc..

Terrible developer, last meeting promised to meet up twice per month to update the status but now mentioned that they can't make it vmad.gif

You right the the developer should meet us face to face,regarding to bathroom height stated in uniform building by law clause 44(1)© shall not be less than 2 Meter = 2000 millimeter X 0.03937 = 78.74 inches. any bathroom less than that developer have to shift ceiling up,got to measure the ceiling again to confirm height. hmm.gif

somemore the defect liability period not stated clearly for those received the VP on Jan'09 whether is follow CF date or Jan'09. We know that the defect liability must follow VP date but in ours situation was different coz VP received without Borang "E', somemore i also dont understand why the developer cannot calculate the late compensation for all S&P date overdue , this is part of their duties too, still wanna buyers write in to them and in their letter like still not confirm that we are entitle to claims it . hmm.gif hmm.gif

By right once cf issue all those entitle to late compensation will be inform by developer,anyway developer need buyer to kindly write in,we follow up from there. unsure.gif

I don see maintainance charges written in S&P got 2 options.

Option 1. Pay one month's deposit and 3 month's advance.
Option 2. Developer are offering option 2, to pay one month deposit n
12 months advance n waived 2nd year service charge.

Latest from P2 all the building work has done.
Just received letter to claim last 5% for road.

I just wonder how long it take to get VP?? Since P1 still wating for CF to issue i just wonder P2 owner may need to wait little longer...... before the VP or CF issue.

P1 owner how long you all wait to get the VP after building construction done???

I'M PIII, also receive the letter today. All the road serving is done. The 5% also been claim by dev. Means PIII and PII will get the Vp together?

Hopefully.

My PII row is the furthest end and I've got the letter also.

Can anyone from P1 enlighten on how long it take after the road serving before you guys get the VP? I hope we can get VP within the coming 3 months, then "battle it out" with developer for 2 months to get everything solved/fixed (defects), then start renovating by end of Oct. Just my wishful thinking smile.gif
