Look like every things in progress ya.. good ~ But did the developer mentionedthe solution of slope parking ? they will change it or wat? Hope can get the key as soon as possible, bcos i wanna marry at the end of this yr ..

Developer representative Mr.Huang said Aman Siara Project is Hill Side project ,it must be +ve and -ve slope on the parking and it is difficulty to make it all flat parking, once u found that ur car park was slope and ur car cant get in u can tell them and they will solve it for U .

Just spoke to En. Rizal of Building Department, MPS regarding the CF application. He said right now the submission is still in process by OSC & not yet pass to building department. Anybody here checked with OSC for the status?

wat does the building dpt do and who is OSC. IF the CF application has been passed to building dpt, does that mean we're near to getting our CF?

I missed out on the previous meeting. Was not aware of the meeting was on. Hopefully this time around no more surprises.

OSC is 'One Stop Center' department which is received all the plan submission and cf application and will distribute it to others technical department in MPS. Building department is one of the technical dpt who approved the building plan. Since last comment by building dpt during inspection related to the building, so they need to confirm back to OSC b4 CF being issue.

Hi neigbour, finally i got one. My unit 147-C

Frontpaged! I've resized the scans of the letter and put the letter at the first page of this thread.

Just gone through the minutes. I think we missed out one thing: The park! It's nothing like what's shown in the masterplan. I was expecting it to have a small river running through it, with a few criss crossing bridges where I can stop awhile and feed the tortoises/koi fishes swimming below (if there's no tortoise,I can provide some!). And a few gazebos to grace it.

All we got now is a fenced up retention pond with jogging tracks at the side.

Hi there,
Yesterday, i went to amansiara but still water meter at home not install, water piping still on works, electricity still not ready....this is the main issue for cf.

Same with the small playground apposite my unit,now fill up with earth ,better convert it into carpark.

If your unit phase 1,Syabas and TNB facility is ready,when i got my VP,developer gave all the water tap,sprinkle,ELCB,fuse to me to keep,to pass to them to fix when CF ready.

I remember Mr lim (the guy that sitting at the maintenance office at site) told me we can ask them to plug in the electric fuse do or do it ourself to plug in the electric fuse . The fuse was given together when we collect the key. I think the electric is installed already as we start to receive electric bill.
