My unit  car pouch front slightly slope up,car can pack inside so no repair only plaster crack top layer cement,as i posted on this page sad to say  toilet height not yet rectify.

I received the same comment from MS Wong while paying the water bill this week.


Then I asked her on the deposit of RM3k, she commented that this is townhouse, hence any renovation will required RM3k, this is to make sure
all hse owner clean all the rubbish and whatever u do.... it will not affect the neighbour, if not the deposit will be taken away for any rectification
of work should it required due to the renovation....

So does that mean we have no choice but to follow?
My concern is whether the house will ever be ready with CF???

Oh ya....1 last thing, Ms Wong also commented that phase 2 is completed with 75%.

the deposit issue maybe we can discuss once we get the CF and the formal residents committee formed. Worst scenario we all decide not to pay lah. we can also play hard ball game. developer main kasar kita pun main kasar.  but make sure clean up after that.

I nak tanya pendapat u all...sepatut nya VP letter tuh kita terima bila? 1 bulan sebelum SNP expired kan? I signed my SNP on 6th April 06, but till to date I have not receive any letter or document from developer. What should I do? BTW I'm P1 owner..

I recevied the progress letter, For PHASE III it is about 85% complete. Now only pending on road serving the parcel.

I wonder if the phase I CF has become a issue, what will happen on PII & PIII.

Anyone pegi Aman Siara this weekend.......kalau boleh I nak tumpang masuk couse my parent nak sangat tengok dalam site & buat pengiraan anggaran kos untuk renovate rumah couse dia contractor.............
