Anyone goes to Aman Siaran this weekend. Terutama untuk yg dah ada sticker & pass. My parenat nak visit tapi I belum ada kunci & pass untuk masuk. Lagi pun my Sister also interested nak tengok & buy house kat sana kalau still ada lagi.

I once loan dah approve, developer not yet claim lagi dah start bayar full amount. Staff loan punya rule.

I lah yg call waktu U on duty kat Hong Kong. Tapi kalau tommorrow 11am I ada keje .......boleh tak kalau I arrive around 12++ then call U & wait kat guard house???

Yesterday I went to Aman Siara.....i read at gusrd house...there's a lot of rule & regulation about renovation...which area can be renovate & which is cannot........wah so messy........feel like this developer want to control our house forever......this cannot do...that cannot do......2nd pass also have to pay but cannot park 2nd car inside........wahhhhhhhhh...fell like i want to sell la this house......for muslim: in future if we want to do "Kenduri Doa Selamat" before entering our house ..........want to rent canopy or what so ever......do we have to write to this developer & get a permisson letter like undertaking letter for renovation????????????????????

Yes....project is good......but a lot of rules & regulation.......that makes thing look bad........rule for renovation, deposit, car park, 2nd pass, visitor etc.

Yes, that's right........we can accept rules & regulation if it's shows win win situation (between owner & developer)....but now it's toooo over........

Added on August 20, 2009, 1:29 pmWhat u mean no need to renovate.......i own p2 (4th floor)....the stairs to enter my house in without tiles, need to make kitchen cabinet...grill.......also a wall saperate between kitchen & hall.......all owner want their house to look nice......have u already visit your hse????if yes..what do u think???bathroom ceiling, car pouch.......

itu belum lagi kita tengok GYM..........swimming pool pun kenapa petak sangat...tak menarik langsung....cuma ada pool untuk dewasa jer ker??? how about kid punya pool????

wah ....boleh mintak quartation nie untuk compare price dengan contractor I.........acctually my contractor is my mother in law.....heheheh ....maybe lagi murah kot.....

hii...saya phase 2 owner (level 4)...bilik kat rumah mengadap phase 1 tapi living room mengadap rumah lain di phase 2...rumah I atas bukit & bedroom betul-betul nampak view hutan & bumbung phase 1....masalah nyer view living room tu tak menarik langsung...I ingat nak renovate 2nd bedroom & ubah jadi living room then buat 2nd bedroom tadi sebelah dapur....so my living room leh ler ngadap hutan & phase 1.....I tau ada banyak masalah ngan dev pasal reno....tapi I still nak buat macam tu jugak...tapi kalau dev tak pulangkan balik deposit...boleh tak I lawan dept untuk dapatkan balik duit 3k tu????

Ini tak boleh jadi.....kami Phase II pun blum ambik kunci lagi...what a unfare situation.....

Yes.. U have to wait for bank to full release of last payment to Wirama...

But I have this one question & if anyone can answer, in VP letter that i received, there's one payment for FIRE PROTECTION included for period from 12/2009 until 11/2010. The problem is MRTA is already include in my HOUSING LOAN & if I pay it mean I pay for two fire protection per year. I already ask Wirama & they said that one include in aggrement. This is bull shit man.........for how long I have to pay this FIRE Protection to Wirama...10 years or maybe 20 years or more.......This developer really make money on us.....

Please need advice from those who working in the bank & take Staff housing Loan.........

My bank just release RM30k on 30/11/09 .....so i can go & take my key......
