Anyone goes to Aman Siaran this weekend. Terutama untuk yg dah ada sticker & pass. My parenat nak visit tapi I belum ada kunci & pass untuk masuk. Lagi pun my Sister also interested nak tengok & buy house kat sana kalau still ada lagi.

i just went to the develop office to pay water n electricity deposit, i check wit ms wong regarding the toilet... she told me we have to remove the water tank by our self... really making me pist off...

u can call this Ms.Leow la she can help u if u want buy a unit there, she is Senior Negotiator 012-3139631, last time meet her there she give her name card to me . i think got a unit with 2 car porch (3 tingkat ground floor) wanna selling. u can call her and ask her.If dont buy also got chance masuk tengok rumah ya .hahaha

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for all your support trust in me to lead this team.

Please find enclosed the acknowledgement slip from Kementerian Perumahan. They will investigate and get back to us within roughly 1+ week time. If I don't receive any reply will call them and find out.

Apart from that, have requested fern to forward the list. Will be preparing another letter to developer to go out next week.

Will be going over this Saturday to see the house, they still have not rectified my defects (flooding) hopefully with all the heavy rain its not gone worse!!!!

I received the same comment from MS Wong while paying the water bill this week.

I asked her why the ceiling is so low, only 6 ft as claimed by others who has been to the site....and some road is so small
she said this is planned long long time ago and it has been approved by the respective authority....which make me think that....
how come with this kind of design, can ever be approved by the so called government? or is it the local
government, MPS? or the the ultimate government? Jabatan Perumahaan?

Any comment guys?

Then I asked her on the deposit of RM3k, she commented that this is townhouse, hence any renovation will required RM3k, this is to make sure
all hse owner clean all the rubbish and whatever u do.... it will not affect the neighbour, if not the deposit will be taken away for any rectification
of work should it required due to the renovation....

So does that mean we have no choice but to follow?


My concern is whether the house will ever be ready with CF???

I belum dapat kunci, but dah start bayar sbb loan dah lulus > 18 month. terms with govern ada dua, whether ur loan dah approved > 18 mothnh or payment > 95 %. which ever come first.
