Phase I owner, any news on the CF issue.
Last saturday while i paying the Eletricity bill, the clerk mentioned to another phase 1 owner the CF is going to release on End of march.

Tomorow is 1st APR, still no news?

How about your meeting with the developer? have they respond ?

'Should be no problem, cf will come out by April but no idea when...' poyoo kan?

Last time call kata March, now april, lepas ni call kata May lak kot...apa-apa aje la...

same oso i had called she oso reply "Should be no problem, cf will come out by Apri"

I pun ada call, almost the same, jawapan dia lin, memang poyoo. Buat sakit hati aje.

I went in to site last saturday to check on my unit defect rectifty work together with phase 1 lot 104 unit owner,very happy that car park not slope in. ,damaged tiles replace ,door replant ,etc,
Notice some road resurface ,some plants opposite my unit shifted and new bambo trees planted,someting is going on.

Supect government authority coming to inspect the site?

So far all defect that we submit memang derang repair dgn cepat, memang puas hati la.

Wah!! semakin cantik lah view umah u august.

Hope apa yg u suspect menjadi kenyataan... berdoa saja.

Say to say nothing beeen done to retifly toliet height, hope the complain letter summited will seee more action.

Belum lin, akak belum dapat lagi kunci. Akak punya snp expire end feb hari tu. Tanya jugak kat devep bila boleh dpt kunci. Dia kata 2nd batch key will be hand over with cf.

Kak ada tanya pasal compensation for late delivery tak sebeb u punya juga overdue.
