i ady start my house loan installment since last year feb...is not worth for us to pay interest..even though if (touch wood) v cant get de CF, v still need to pay to de bank coz bank ady release the money to our developer. so, i suggest all of u write in a letter to ur bank to request for it since our house ady 80% completed.

as things doesn't go as planned, people get restless and things gets dirtier day by day! Sometimes I wonder what is the problem with the developer? they seems so quite and there's no communication at all coming from them to shed some light on what is going on! I hope to complain to the press is the last thing all of us would want to do... I think it will bring no good to both sides as it gives bad publicity to the place we want to call home. after all, all that we want is to get our damn key and CFO and enjoy our life there!!!

hi eeda, i m yr neighbour at no. 25-3. nice to meet u. in fact takut and risau sungguh pasal rumah kita after the landslide occured just right behind our blocks. wanted to visit my house too but not these few days coz it's very jam all the way.

Last week i pegi sana & collect tribunal form to claim LAD.....but i stil have some quiries.....that day tak sempat tanya
byk pasal a lot of people there......

so anyone can help me...

to submit that tribunal form, we must attach with :
1. s n p
2. Vacant possession & form E
3. CF
4. Water bill
5. Deposit receipt pd to wirama for waste & electricity
6. Other correspondance
7. Customer deposit info & event listing
8. Borang 1 (Triibunal)

my question :
a) what is Form E about? where can i get?
b) actually i really forgot when we paid deposit for water & electricity? either we paid it during rumah sedang dibina
(ikut % of completion) or when? sblm i dpt ambil kunci rumah, i must pay late charges, service caj, sinking fund, quit rent, assessment  & fire ins.....is it related or not?
c) customer deposit info-according to the person that i met, he said that if i go to syabas, i can get that deposit info,,,...so if don't have this document, can i just submit the documents what i have?

and one more thing......until now i didn't sent lad letter to the developer...so if i want to bring this claim to the tribunal, i must sent letter lad to developer first and wait until they give their answer OR can straight bring my claim to Tribunal?

As for the Water & Electricity deposit receipt... some of them who did not have it called up developer to fax it over to them maybe you can try that.
