proud DIGI broadband user reporting in! rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

first of all i would like to say so far i'm very happy with digi broadband
i purchase so far and here are some of my reviews on it.

i'm now living in dataran otomobil seksyen 15 shah alam and so far the connection
is super duper excellent, just err... my broadband is now acheived 3GB
though tongue.gif need to wait until next month to reset to normal mode. and yeah
quite faster even when i have to surf on 128kbps.

and oh i am a discover plan subscriber for RM38 per month (can use on 7am - 7pm,
after that time internet connection slower to 128kbps).

just i have to buy a lot of USB extension cable to get signal reception from seksyen 15
because i'm living inside shophouses in dataran otomobil shah alam, the reception
is too weak to penetrate to my house forcing me to put broadband hanging out of window
to get better reception. if you expereinced problem just like me, i suggest you to bought
2 USB cable extensions so you can pull your DIGI broadband and leave it hang it out of
the window to get better signal.

anyway forget about USB extension cable or something. what i really said is DIGI broadband
is still the best, just need more improvement by expanding signal on dataran otomobil
seksyen 15.

regards
your DIGI broadband subscriber.

You are lucky for that day only, I have face it almost everyday. I actually not sure if Digi is still interested in this business with their service getting poorer and poorer.

for those who keep dc, here's wht me do to prevent internet dc...

once you connected to 3G or HSDPA, open command prompt in your window (Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt) and type:-

ping -t www.google.com

this ping test will keep sending packet data to keep the internet connection alive... if you wanna stop the ping test, juz press Ctrl + C...

as far as i know Digi will disconnect your line if there's no internet activity in like 2-3 mins, thus you have to reconnect you internet again... wht this ping test will do is to make Digi thinks that there's internet activity and wont disconnect your line... hope this method will help you all from dc-ing...

last time me also keep dced and very very dulan, but after using this ping test, my internet seldom dc... sometimes still dced la mayb due to line problem...

p/s: this ping test wont affect your internet speed when you are surfing... so happy surfing~ ^^

This is how the wireless technology works. When the connection is idle, the network resources is released and given to the next person. When you are active again the network will provide the necessary resources for you to start surfing again. However if the network is congested, no resources can be given and thus you will experience disconnection like symptoms.

Unlimited Ping will ensure that your connection is not idle thus you will not be releasing the network resources and maintain the connection stability.

'Fail to Registered', perhaps your credit balance is zero or expired already?

or

did you check your APN? i dunno bout Digi Easy Prepaid APN, but for postpaid broadband user it's '3gdgnet' while for normal prepaid user it's 'diginet'... you can try *128# and request internet setting from Digi itself...

hope this will help
