newbie to digi 3g is here...

me heard that if you plug in your modem with new digi 3g sim card, it'll install a program which monitor your bandwidth...

but the problem is me plug in my modem, and nothing is happen, no new program installed... can someone tell me how to get the monitoring program install? ^^"

btw, me didnt use the modem provided by digi... me is using other modem, option luxury...

lol so the program only available in the modem provided by digi huh...

the promoter told me that the program was in the sim card and me very 'wow', since when a sim card can do such a things...

since yesterday my modem shows my sim card registration denied.. it started after 11pm.. cannot connect.. before that no problem connecting..
when i check my sim card with my phone (through *128#) it said my account inactive..
help me.. isnt credit limit RM300? but i only got 2 months pending bill.. btw my package is RM98..

ugh damm me post so many times ar!!? was using hphone to online.. x.x
btw thanks for the reply.. very susah when no bill is send to you to remind for the payment.. feels like me juz pay them last month.. lolx

dunno o... last time when me subscribe, they said they will send the bill every month to my email... but till now nvr received any bill from them...

3 months after me subscribe and nvr pay, someone from digi call me and inform me bout the outstanding bills... me ask them why no bill de... and they answer. 'if you want a bill, you need to pay RM5 for the bill to be sent to your home'... then me feels wtf... RM5 for a piece of paper!!? who's going to pay that much o...

ahaha better than you didnt fully utilized it by the end of bill cycle... ;P

i ping whole day (24hrs), i see it only eat around 40Mb... losing tht much of quota per day nvm la, better than keep dc-ing, cannot online and never fully utilized your quota... after quota still can surf and downloading ma, juz a bit slower la ahaha...

'Fail to Registered', perhaps your credit balance is zero or expired already?

or

did you check your APN? i dunno bout Digi Easy Prepaid APN, but for postpaid broadband user it's '3gdgnet' while for normal prepaid user it's 'diginet'... you can try *128# and request internet setting from Digi itself...
