Anyone have any issues with Digi's latest ZTE modem MF100?
Unable to install, while installer is running it freezes at 90%.
Or after successful install , Digi internet launcher is unclickable.
Or when slotting in the modem , it refuses to detect the the digi installer on the modem causing u unable to install totally?

Can digi please improve signal strength to Kingfisher Apartment, Jalan Gangsa Penang? Broadband and mobile phone signal 1 to 2 bars only... Maxis and celcom is full bar

so sad, my DG smart plan customer not eligible for that...

This what we called consistant broadband.... finally i found decent broadband rather than sialkom , p1 and maxis...

good for you, digi service in my area is getting worse

lol... so call broadband done right. I'm at Kelana Jaya, complaint to them on frequnce disconnect me, and having difficulty to connect back, the digi connecting tool even come out the redial button.

1st when i complaint, the stupid just use the idiot slow connection template to ask me question, the best part is, their idiot reply area only allow 500 chars, and they actually asking 10-15 question, lmao.... Then I answer some and ask the idiot to read my complaint clearly b4 choicing the template question to ask.

On 13 I finally get a reply....

They just over sell at Kelana Jaya or SS2 area? Well done Digi, hope you know that what happening now is even more worst then Streamyx, with your always disconnecting me, I can't even download any file properly, once dc, have to re-download, and some time 1 hour can dc 4-5 times, plus the fxxking redial, want connect back also take long time.
Dear Digi, please do change your tag line 'Broadband Done Right', I didn't see anything right there.

It depend on your area, my area DiGi have good signal and no disconnection....maxis quite ok but celcom and p1 very worse coz maybe there were lot of user using same teleco.....but celcom in any places sitll the same sucks everywhere.....

i am happy with the digi bb (discover day plan) at this moment, it serves me better even after 7pm, speed had been throttle, it still load web page faster than streamyx..... and the most i like is i able to connect back to my comp VPN and download mail, i cant do that on streamyx at nite....... at i am staying at penang, greenlane area, 20 floor height......

i might go to potong streamyx after a month and fully on digi bb..... trying to get the 3g router in order to share the connection

How long you been using DiGi bb? If not long, I suggest you wait a longer time before cutting off your streamyx. I encountered no a very good experience with DiGi BB, lucky I still keep on streamyx that time..

i plan to use for a month or so before terminate TM... as my streamyx is totally slack at night time.

Worst speed at Kuching area fluctuate 0kbs to 15kbs.
made a few complain and their network department said my area already congested...then only take note for future improvement???

what happen to Digi? This morning I got "Emergency call" only..
restarting my phone two times, few sec got signal + 3G, then go back to no service?
anyone experience similar issue?
I am at klang area..
last nite my sis also having problem with her "discovery day" sim, can't go internet, no pending bills.
mine too got no issue with bills, still got RM200+ credit from my smartplan package.
