did you check your APN? i dunno bout Digi Easy Prepaid APN, but for postpaid broadband user it's '3gdgnet' while for normal prepaid user it's 'diginet'... you can try *128# and request internet setting from Digi itself...

Fail to register means that your modem have not attached itself to DiGi network.
