You dont, lolx.... The safety remove feature is actually for USB Storage type of thing la brother.... Other USB hardware you dont need to give a dam on it.... like mouse, scanner etc, just unplug it.

lol... so call broadband done right. I'm at Kelana Jaya, complaint to them on frequnce disconnect me, and having difficulty to connect back, the digi connecting tool even come out the redial button.

1st when i complaint, the stupid just use the idiot slow connection template to ask me question, the best part is, their idiot reply area only allow 500 chars, and they actually asking 10-15 question, lmao.... Then I answer some and ask the idiot to read my complaint clearly b4 choicing the template question to ask.

On 13 I finally get a reply....

They just over sell at Kelana Jaya or SS2 area? Well done Digi, hope you know that what happening now is even more worst then Streamyx, with your always disconnecting me, I can't even download any file properly, once dc, have to re-download, and some time 1 hour can dc 4-5 times, plus the fxxking redial, want connect back also take long time.
Dear Digi, please do change your tag line 'Broadband Done Right', I didn't see anything right there.

You are lucky for that day only, I have face it almost everyday. I actually not sure if Digi is still interested in this business with their service getting poorer and poorer.
