I think he is talking about the CAP741 logbook. Employment record should be signed by your company's HR. Not the company that you are contracted to work for.
*
Yes for CAP 741

So HR yeah?
Don't need any company chops to certify it?
Could i ask the QA to sign it?

Yes. Your company's HR. Of course you need your HR manager's stamp also. I am not sure whether your QAM can sign it.

Referring to Section 1.3 of CAP741, it states that senior member of the organization holding the appropriate authority.

So....

shit, i got stuck on CAA UK application. The new amendment IN–2016/048, they need a supporting letter as required by IN-2016/048 Para 2.1, from the national Authority for the organisation where your experience was gained and that the organisation is approved under national regulation for the maintenance activities stated, also that the signatory recorded in Form 19 section 7 is a member of that maintenance organisation. And also insufficient evidence of the Metal& composite structure /skin damage assessment. I have 30 working days to comply.

Yo george..easy lah that one,pls contact your qm to contact the local NAA desk officer who oversees the mro that u gained OJT from.

It just a letter saying that the qm who signed your application is the qm for that mro and the mro is part 145.

yo, Anmar, I gave them the letter from DCA stating XXX is XXX company's QAM and also 145 AMO certificate stating compliance AN6501 as well. At the end, CAA UK say that's Form 4 and they don't need that... lol...

Yea, evidence of metal & composite structure assessment, no idea what they want though, waiting for reply probably tonight... but my B2 experience they said sufficient... XD
