hrmm...I entered the programme at the age of 22..i lil bit late compared to most of my batchmates which are the SPM holders. I went to UTM to complete my diploma there. Half of my batch just recently passed the DCA oral exam and already posses the red book. Hrrmmm...to me it's never to late for you to enter this programme. Just a lil bit of hard work and discipline will ensure ur place as an LAE. Try applying for the TJT opening and work your way through yourself...the most important thing is the access in the company. Since MAS holds the part 145 approval, it'll be easier to obtain the B1 or B2 license from EASA but you still have to sit for 13 modules exams
