I never try Maxis and DiGi internet before, yet UMobile is enough for my usage..

currently using umobile at kuching and i managed to use maxis 3g signal.... hspa+
speed 2-4mbps....

so, the umobile u28 plan is for postpaid or prepaid?

You forget free 200 SMS to non-U and 100 to U for postpaid. Also you forget if auto-billing its actually 1.25G data not 1G.

Prepaid validity 90 days, UMI28 subs only 30 days rests on top of prepaid validity, 64kb with H+, 100 min free call, 30 free SMS any network, free 12 am to 6:59 pm free calls to UM network. 15% bonus for RM 30+ top up and 10% below that.

MNP only last month and have been very happy with it.

I have experienced download speeds up to 4.16 Mbps DL and 0.55 Mbps UL better than 4 Mbps Streamyx.

Maxis or Celcom or Digi?

When i did a network search, i couldnt get Maxis but there are 2x Umobile, Digi and Celcom...

if Maxis is the backup, how do i switch to Maxis?

i am quite happy with umobile cos its cheap n fast but crappy which is same as maxis or digi or celcom but they are more expensif...

only thing is my hse has very minimal umobile line thus i need to roam if possible...
