this is the first time i buy.. mana tau. and i buy from cimb they din charge extra.

how to trigger auto renewal? u got provide such service ?

You need to have at least rm18 or rm28 for UMi18/UMi28 to auto renew, not to mention that you must subscribe to the individual package first.

Lets say your simcard is a new simcard which is preloaded with rm5, just buy e reload of rm13, then you can subscribe to UMi18. By default UMi18/UMi28 have the auto renewal instructions and if by the 28th day of the plan you have > rm18 or rm28 credit in your ac, then it will auto renew and deduct the credit from your ac. Simple.

Next time if you need E Reload ( Flexi Amount too) just PM me if you see me online. I do sell e reload for all local and some International Telcos.

Hi there, fren plan to jump frm DG to Umobile & subsribe U28 but she from Cameron Highland and most of the time in Klang Valley. She's afraid that she cant get signal when she back Cameron Highlands.

Since umobile will roam on maxis automatically when there is insufficient network. Does it means that if there is no Umobile signal in CH, her network will roam to Maxis. Can use data using Maxis roam ?

Why is U Mobile-"Broadband" and "Mobile Internet" coverage such a big difference? Broadband seems to have way better coverage than mobile internet.
Cameron Highlands and Melaka are covered under "Broadband" but not "Mobile Internet".

You wan to play it safe, just buy a Prepaid Simpack to try out before MNP.

But i can say, it would not be a problem in CH cause she can roam on Maxis3G, there will be ample bandwidth there.

Both are the same just different marketing name, and UM simcard can be use for both unlike DiGi.

UM simcard can be used on Modem and Phone , unlike DiGi too

Have been using U28 for over a week, its been really fast n smooth in Klang Valley, but do I have to turn on roaming option on my phone (lumia) to enable it to roams on maxis line whenever it ran out of its own coverage? Thanks much appreciated

250mb for iphone? i can tell u u will finish the traffic in 2 weeks. my personal experience is iphone using more data traffic then android.... mayb i am wrong.... but thats my previous experience...

Bro, what do you suggest if she actually call & sms less but surf more ?? U28 or prepaid rm28.

All I know was prepaid rm28 just have 500mb while U28 has 1Gb, free sms.

Prepaid rm28 stated got free sms & calls but not explained in details and I found it quite misleading which said for every 6 sms, free another sms again. Please elaborate more for me, thx

Prepaid gets 100 free call minutes, 30 free SMS.

After you use finish 30 free SMS, then only start use your credit.

The 6 sms is only to umobile, so after you send 6 sms the next 20 sms will be free.

So if send 5 sms, you pay for 5 sms.

If send 6 sms, you pay for 6 sms.

If send 26 sms, you pay for 6 sms.

If send 27 sms, you pay for 7 sms. Etc. etc.

No discount to send to non-umobile.

Just checked out that there is UMi18 & 28. Kinda whole in 1 package but kinda less data.

I'm U58 user with free calls, 2Gb is sufficient. But I also can save more on the data usage. For my last month bill, I just call 37mins & sent 70sms which make my bill RM75.

Should I downgrade my plan to U28 (1Gb) which use got free sms. Or UMi18 (250Mb) /28 (500mb) for more savings ??

Or sign maxis ivalue simple plan rm50 per month, 100sms to all, 200mins call to all. 1Gb. 1 year contract.

I had the same problem while porting in Umobile, DiGi kept saying wrong info given by Umobile cuz in Umobile didn't have - in my IC (123193065535 rather than 123193-10-5535 ), I made 3 visits to both center to solve this TINY little problem

I still can't roam to maxis 3G..only 2G is possible~

3G is not called ROAM !!!
u can select the MY MAXIS 3G but ur phone will only appear MY-18 or umobile but there is no MY MAXIS (phone dependent)

but if 2G,
some phone will appear 2 operators' name, some only umobile, and
this is called ROAMING ...
