Zen, i went back to the exhaust shop, tell him my case, the boss change to matola mid box for me FOC, i ask him to add 1 more bullet up front he say dun waste my money.. LOL

But after change to midbox, at lower rpm acceleration the sound gone, but at highway if rev harder the sound reappear. The boss say after i done exhaust system, my air flow is higher so the noise is normal.

Anyone looking for R3 emblem can get it at Brothers KJ for RM18. Cheaper than most places as usual price is RM28. And also get those monochrome proton logo for RM15.

Of course its fake. But the quality of the R3 emblem is the same as the one sold in Racing Fit, with the same casing also. But cheaper. I've posted a pic at CPS thread.

guys, if my car runs out of battery, I need to change to a new battery. I'd heard rumors that the engine will need ECU calibration to tune back. Is this true? Rumour has it will affect the transmission as well

I own a 2003 waja 1.6 A/T

I'm thinking of changing the brake calipers, just wondering if the Brembo is worth the penny? how much does it usually cost and how many types are there that fits the Waja?

if the time taken for btry swap is only a few minutes then the ECU will not loose its settings. If you leave it for too long then the car if u hv a autobix the gearshift will be very rough and jerky.

u can either drive on and it'll auto correct after 100km or get it reloaded back to default which will cause u money. either way works.

no need brembo ler..besides becareful of fakes out there. r u running on stock engine and internals without force induction no need to change. just spend the money on better pads and steel braided hose for better braking feel under hard braking.

For me, i did the throttle body cleaning..helps for awhile and then will mati again...the best solution is to change the alternator..until now, once start, can on air cond and put into reverse gear..no problem at all.

As for the press quite deep, i think all wajas are like that..

I guess it is time to flush out(bleed) your brake oil. Are you using mintye brake pads?
