QUOTE(n8210 @ Mar 24 2009, 11:09 PM) I tried using the basball bat steering lock. Now I have a nice cover for my steering and the bat doesn't fit anymore. Their service sucks..u try to ask them to install some stuffs for u and they will give u the F*** face look... T-Rex brand fits? The steering lock portion seems more oval than round. Went to Brothers and they actually said cannot fit. Damn fools. And nowadays they sell all sort of stuff... like a electronic kedai runcit. I hate it. |

the manual one is plug and play. it's just like you have to turn and tighten it but for the auto gear knob;
there is a wire you need to connect This post has been edited by yngwie: Mar 25 2009, 12:43 PM |

Best is definately Endless... but the price lagi best It depends on how many litre u wanna flush, usually approx RM150-300. Also depending on the brand of the ATF that you use. |

I don't know much about cars so please bear with me for a moment.
The Waja's side mirror is connected with this triangle black thing ("Door Mirror Housing"?) I have no idea what's it made of. Due to the sun it has faded to like grey-white color. It is quite ugly. It used to be black. Is there a place where I can get replacement part and install myself? If not is there a place where I can bring it to and they can fix for me? Thanks. Note - i take picture later This post has been edited by redninja: Mar 27 2009, 03:36 PM |

the older waja tend to have the problem.
instead of replacing the working side mirror / certain parts(which may have the same problem years later), the common practice is cleaning it up and retouch / repaint it with the same color. those paint easily available from hardware shop. else, you can bring to any halfcut shop / workshop. they will fix/ retouch the paint with minimal charges. |

Ok thanks. Is only 2 years old Waja. Shouldn't have parked it in the sun. What kind of paint specifically if you know?

not sure about the paint. but any heat resistant paint that match it should be fine.
perhaps, other waja owner will come forward and share their experience |

Thanks for your help, I found an earlier post where someone sprayed their side mirror - http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/900200/+280# - will go check out Ace Hardware and such or just go bring to shop.
