Why would they check your background unless yoi are working for finance/bank?

Akpk is not bankruptcy. Bank would be stricter but under akpk will not impact any hiring even banks.

received email today. after checkin the report, all akpk owed loan has disappeared. after almost 7 years.

i just enquiry about akpk program, not even join their program or even listened to their counseling, UOB straight block my credit card.

they says need akpk to send them letter that i am clear from AKPK,
so becareful if u guys want to enquiry anything to AKPK.

i did fill in the AKPK online form, then they say will call for counselling session instead of me going there since they work from home .

then AKPK agent call to follow up i say i want to cancel, dont want for them to call me for counselling session.

suddenly my uob cc is blocked, other banks still can use.

I need to follow up with akpk how did this happen.

how is your CC repayment records with UOB?
sort of like any unsettled overdue issues with UOB?

have you tried calling UOB to enquire why was your CC blocked?

i never missed payment with uob card,
in fact i have overpaid rm 700+ currently in the card,
called UOB customer service,
the CS says because i liased with AKPK so they temporarily blocked my card,
i told them i didnt even join AKPK all i did was enquired about AKPK,

CS says even if i enquiry its in their record,
ask me to ask AKPK send email to UOB that i am clear from AKPK.

very troublesome as i didnt even join AKPK program.

pondering why, only uob cc is blocked, while other banks still can use.

If i dont have the overpaid amount in that UOB credit card i would just ask them cancel the card,
i also have cards from maybank, standard chartered and citibank, all of these have no issue.

maybe UOB is very strict that even if you enquire about AKPK they will straight block the card.

I have joined AKPK since 1 year ago because of credit card. Today one of my insurance charged my old credit card due to auto billing. I wondering how come my credit card suddenly active again. Still waiting for bank feedback ? Pening...
