i also think that how should I prove to the collector that i'm the member of AKPK. whatspp the printscreen of the AKPK offer letter? or wat other way else?

for us...we really very sensitive with tat word of "legal action" from the mouth of debt collector.
we already suffer and seek AKPK helping, but now the bank still want to kacau since already joint with AKPK.what the debt collector want us to do lagi since we already make payment to AKPK monthly and AKPK will help us to pay to bank.

my suggestion is
1st- call the collection department and tell them that u already in akpk and provide more information to them
2nd- call akpk tell them that bank still kacau u. im sure they will tech u what to do.
3rd- call bank negara to log a case and get the case number.
4th- call back to the bank and tell them u already log a case to bank negara and share with them the case number

finally i managed settle all outstanding payment.
cimb - take 5 working days to update akpk
citibank - take 4 working days to update to akpk
hlb - already 2 weeks but they havent update akpk.
scb - i make the full payment before lockdown. hopefully they will update akpk next week.

its not the bank. they are collectors. agents. not bank staffs. they make money if you pay direct to the bank and not through akpk. ive asked about this with my bank and akpk. they they all confirm this. just ignore them.

its annoying. yeah. but just be firm. say you will only pay akpk, and you already got bank's letter saying your payment will be through akpk only and if they have problem with that, talk to your akpk officer. its ok to give contact to your akpk officer to the collectors. but also make sure you inform the akpk officer about it. you dont need to give the agents anything.

u call them and tell them u want make full settlement. they will provide total amount and the bank acc.
then u can bank in or online transfer.

on morotarium for 6 months... does akpk can offered this as well?

after you have bank in after talking to the bank, you should get a settlement letter. Scan the letter and upload to the akpk customer portal.

akpk will validate and take that account off as settled.

for my case, cimb and citibank update akpk and akpk removed both records.
but i still pending scb and hlb to provide me the settlement letter.

But they still encourage us to make payments as usual. So if you want to opt out I suppose just pay as per normal.

just want to know if my payment is due on 28th March do i still need to pay it for the Moratorium case ?

For March we still need to pay. It only starts April. Same as all the other loans.
